I put in a mobile order for curb side pick up and they take , they never brought it out, I had to go inside to get it. Food is cold and they didn't even get it right. Worst service ever. They still ha e the audacity to ask for tip.

It was freezing in this place. You can tell everyone was cold by them putting their sweaters/coats on. Manager had to be called to turn the heat on only because I asked her to. Food was ok, service lacked; took a long time to receive food and it wasn’t even full. Customers were looked over.

The utensils were dirty, and my son mentioned the water didn’t taste good. When I inspected the glass, I noticed particles floating in it, and it tasted like lemon water. This made me feel that the dishwashing staff wasn’t doing their job. I brought it to the server’s attention, and they replaced the items. Upon leaving, upper management asked about the service. I informed them about the issues with the water and utensils, but their response was somewhat muted. Despite this, I paid my bill and still left a tip.
