We had a bug cooked in our pizza, called dominoes and the worker hangs up on us after we explained what happened. Called back and never got to speak to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional. Worker said we dont have cockroaches and hangs up. No apologies nothing. Will never order at this dominoes ever again.

Started with an online order 1st time ever ordering online, and only because I was told deals and coupons are on their went to the one in Merced, but the girl there was very helpful to let me know about the deals Online order and since I'm in Atwater there's one their so I did just that. The people there were just as nice was clean, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in after getting the notification pizza was in the oven and will be ready in 8 - 10 minutes. It was all done in a timely manner and great experience from beginning to end, and I walked out a satisfied customer with coupons. Thank you from a first-time online order customer.

Someone tried to use my stolen credit card to order $126.63 in pizza, March 17. The listed store number declined my call every time. Managers reading this please report the address on the order to your local police department.
I should have checked the reviews before ordering from here. Clearly an establishment is deserving of its poor reviews. The service is HORRIBLE. With an empty lobby and 4 employees just standing around, it was ridiculous that we had to wait at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes before one of them came to help us. Mind you all we were doing is just picking up and order that was ALREADY READY! Apparently chit chatting with coworkers takes priority over helping patrons.

They are very fast to deliver. Pizza is almost always perfect. Sides are delicious. They have a rewards plan. You can earn free pizza, drinks or sides. Also lots of coupons to use. I've been very satisfied with them.
I've been ordering from Dominos in Atwater, CA on Bellevue Road for over 20 years. I tip the driver 20 bucks every time. My order is always 3 pizzas. I spend over 60 bucks every week. I order every Sunday. The last few times the butter and garlic has not been put on the crust. I let it go once. Now I called today and the female manager said her RGM would only allow them to replace one pizza because they'd take a loss and just laughed at me. What about my loss? What about me being a loyal customer for years? That means nothing? Also contacted corporate and got zero response. Apparently Domino's no longer care about they're customers.

I ordered through UberEats so I could get the emergency pizza for my next trip, however when it was delivered I didn't receive any confirmation code, email or stickers on the boxes to redeem my points. I have receipt and order #, but the rewards confirmation # is nowhere to be found on the receipt ...I feel robbed.
