I ordered food on May 31st at 9:05 am on jack in the box app they had a system issue which took $90 from me the manager and the manager who said they investigate said wait 3-7 business days and if I don't receive my money back they would get me in contact with the owner as of today I haven't received anything he was very rude and unprofessional and said there barely going to start investigating I asked for the owners number and he refused to give me any information I lost $90 and there making excuses to not refund me the money this jack in the box has messed up plenty of times forgetting to give food having to drive back and get it so to the owners of this local jack in the box get your restraint in check do better stop stealing money since your managers can't provide the right information.

I like to dine in, usually open until midnight. So it’s convenient but the service is really slow. One time waited nearly twenty minutes for 1 burger and two tacos.

This restaurant has a bad reputation for pick ups. I am always missing things in my order when I go there. They gave me 2 bags drove home and half my order is missing. It's not even worth the gas to drive back. they need to implement a refund service for when things like this happen which is frequently

We were in line for 30 minutes because 2 cars in front of us had an issue. Instead of the workers telling the customer to go to the front they had about 12 cars waiting instead. When we came to the window we did not get an apology of any sort. Idk why they get $20 an hour. After that long wait we ended up throwing half of our meals because it was to cold.

Normally I love Jack but the last time I went the mini tacos were still frozen! And this time I went had to park in front so they could "make the fries" and quite a long wait later, the fries were barely warm and could tell they been sitting for quite a while! The chicken nuggets were flat and stale! Quality here is going down while their prices are going up!!

Worst service ever! I’m not saying every worker provides bad service but for the most part the customer service is awful. The workers talk to you and hand you your food like they hate their job. Not to mention, I went to the restaurant with my husband around midnight on 9/24 - 9/25/24 (in case managers care to know who worked that shift) and there was no one working. The guy on the intercom asked us to hold, so we did. About ten minutes passed by and nothing. We let him know we’re ready, and again, he asks us to hold. We decided to drive off, and to our surprise, the guy was literally standing outside doing nothing. We let him know that we had been waiting for a while and he obviously didn’t give two shits. He told us to go back around to the drive through to place our order. We obviously drove off but if corporate or management are wondering why there isn’t sales over night, there’s your answer.
