In my opinion, McDonald's service and food has gone down quite a bit over the last 10 years, and their prices have gone up. Every time I go through the drive-thru my order is always wrong. And sometimes the appearance of these people in the window is making me not want to get food from there. I used to love getting burgers from McDonald's, and being able to order at the register. I don't like ordering from robots. Much less from a menu kiosk. So impersonal. So I don't eat there no more

I went inside to order food, had to use the kiosk, since there's no counter service for taking orders. I was having some trouble with the kiosk and pushed the button for assistance. No one came to help! They are getting $20.00 for bring rude and not helping the customers. Unbelievable!!!

Today wasn't your day.. Same order that has been ordered 1-2 times a week for the last 6 weeks and now you want to double charge for it. Or say it can't be done.. but you have been doing it for almost 2 months now... Won't be back to this location for awhile.
This McDonald's is an inche nest of vipers they speak badly of all the customers the dirty tables flies everywhere worse than the trash can Cristina the mother of all vipers coughing for more than a month now and serving food orders ugh and As always, complaining about her job and speaking badly through the customers' ears, first put order in your life Cristina before criticizing people..........PEOPLE I TELL THIS MCDONALD'S DON'T BALK, FIND ANOTHER PLACE and now it turns out that the mother of the snakes serving customers with food orders and coughing for 3 weeks nooo suck if only the owner arrived without warning surprise your Donald's is a pig pen aah and the FLIES ARE FREE

i went here and one of the workers, caroline, was showing poor communication with me and giving me attitude & overall an unsafe environment to be in. i know of her from school and she was making fun of this girl i knew and now, i recently heard she's actually been harassing another female. i believe this girl is not fit to be working here and i feel justice needs to be served for these other girls that she's been messing & harassing with.

McDonald's prices were increased on everything. To me, McDonald's is only for when I'm in a rush and have to have something right away. For what you pay for fast food, there are many other places we can go to get better and variety of food for the same price or less.
