Went through drive thru. Never brought my food out. When I went in they said they already gave me my cups. How was i going to fill them out in the parking lot. When I went in they acted like I was way out there. This location is the worst mcdonalds I've found

Paid cash, was told to order at the kiosk, got me a hot mocha coffee only to be told I couldn't order it when I went to pay. I told the lady I hated the change of not getting assistance when ordering only to be told her coworker could have helped me.
Guess they didn't like that cuz they put my daughters food in a bag and just yelledy name and walked off instead of bringing her order to our table in the play area with the #5 on the table the kiosk told me to grab.
I don't care they are the only fastfood with a playground, I will never go there again.

12/28: Edit - Every time I come here and use thee drive thru I’m made to pull around and wait. These people need to get it together. I just I even keep coming here is beyond me. I’m waiting on one ketchup not cheeseburger, and his is insane.. it’s been 10 minutes

I was absolutely appalled by trying to take my daughter to the Playhouse McDonald’s located in Atwater, first I use the kiosk. It didn’t print out my receipt so we waited 20 minutes until I had to ask for help at the cash register. A manager helped me. I simply asked why they wouldn’t have somebody up here upfront she stated she didn’t know and completely ignored me and was like can I just take your order?You wouldn’t believe the confuse meant I had. How can she be a manager not managing her team. mind you they were pushing out DoorDash order, and every single person sitting at their table was sitting with the receipt waiting then we enter the Playhouse. There’s a mess everywhere wet spots everywhere not a single slip sign was insight. Unfortunately, I had to go back to the register to ask for something that was missing another 15 minutes of waiting for someone to even acknowledge me or the other five people waiting.

I don’t understand why hours for breakfast are put out if employees aren’t going to respect them. Made a mobile order around 10:15am got there just in time to pick up before breakfast was over just to get told breakfast was stopped at 10:25. 5 minutes before breakfast is actually over. In that case why is breakfast still displayed on the mobile app if we aren’t going to receive what we paid for & made the drive out for.😐

To think this was a mobile order, meaning zero room for a miscommunication on an order. Not only was the food luke warm, but missing hashbrown, no syrup (which was specifically added to the order) and no napkins!!! I mean ... COME ON!!! How could you mess it up that bad, unless intentional???
