Terrible service and burnt food. Got a refund and went somewhere else. Waited 30+ minutes for burnt food. 100% unacceptable. Do not recommend this site at all. Have always had issues.

Very rude lady in the drive thru talking very rude and a very bad tone voice to me of course when I got to the window she said she didnt have change for 100 Bill when I ordered 4 plates so rude and very unprofesional, they should not be hiring people like this who don't have any education and are just rude.

Waiting 20 minutes for 3 rangoons was over the top craziness.(estimated time was 6 mins) we we're parked waiting and they serve 2 other cars before us..that arrived way after us..and our food was handed over cold. It wasn't the lunch rush yet..it was 11 am. We were the only ones waiting for a while.
No apologies were given. Just rudeness..and why rush on the speaker when we're the only ones in line?. Idk man. Was a family fav. Now it's getting to be too much hassle. Idk why they want to make all the orders they have and hand them out at all at once..but the first one ordered is gonna get the cold food. Lame.

I ordered 4 plates. They said one of the entrees would be a 4-7 minute wait, which was fine. I waited 20 minutes, giving them a lot more time to bring me my food. Eventually I went inside, saw that they had the entree ready and didn't care to put it in my order. The drive thru worker recognized me, whispered to her coworkers why I'm there, and the workers didn't want to talk to me causing me to wait about another 8 minutes or so. I wasn't mad, just don't wanna have my time wasted after telling me the wait time. Do better.
