Don’t let the times on the website fool you they love to close 30 minutes early and only serve drinks for the remainder of the time that they are supposed to be open. So don’t waste your time and gas driving out there expecting food cause they won’t serve you that.

Worst food I ever got , they ARE USINF VERY OLD OIL TO FRY their FOOD , it tastes horrible. And their lemonade taste like water with sugar . This place going down the drain and need new management ( disgusting )

My husband placed an order through the app with a pick up time of 2:05 pm. We pulled in just a minute or two past 2:05, checked in through the app and the wait began. Finally at 2:20 I pressed the red button to find out where our order was. The girl answered and said she'd be right with me. 5 minutes later she finally came back and said we could order when ready. I told her we had placed an order through the app for an exact pickup time and it is now almost 30 minutes past. She was like oh yeah it's ready it'll be right out. Finally got our order and talk about disappointment in our order. The groovy fries were not crisp and it was like they were shoved down in the cup, the chicken tenders looked like they came from a cornish game hen, the straws were not for the route 44 we had ordered and they did not have the extra ice we had requested.
There was a car in a stall when we pulled in and they finally just left, tired of waiting.
This isn't the first time there has been screwups or ridiculous wait times. Don't reply with a sorry you had a bad experience. Do something about it!

Came on here because I am tired of getting rejected 15 minutes BEFORE closing to order anything other than a slushie or milkshake. This has happened multiple times and the customer service when explaining their lack of effort to do their job is monotone and unprofessional. Let’s train hardworking staff to go above and beyond for customers, we are putting in extra tax dollars into raising their wage soon right ?
