Walked in, and after seeing the menu walked back out. The prices are crazy for what you get. Subway has bigger sandwiches for less money. I'm guessing he wasn't the owner, but an older Indian man said they were still open while I was there, but everything was already being cleaned up and put away half an hour before closing time. I dont want them to mop and then make my food with those chemicals in the air and on their hands. Unprofessional and uninviting for customers. Clean the store after closing. If they want to compete, they need to change.

I’ve never had any problems with The Sourdough co but yesterday i ordered the small Cobb salad with extra avocado and blue cheese. Unfortunately the avocado was no where being close to ripe enough to use in a salad. Looked good but I couldn’t even cut it, squeeze it or eat it. I tasted a small piece I could bite off and it tasted so green ? had to toss it. I gave 2 stars because the rest of the salad was edible.

I've gone 2 times now from SoCal for the brisket sandwiches. The bread was hard on the outside and fluffy inside and the sauce went perfectly with the brisket and vegetables. One time they were very busy but handled the orders/customers very efficiently.

First time visiting this sandwich chain. Ordered a salami and turkey sandwich. The sourdough bread was delicious (a little crunchy, but soft). Compared to other local sandwich shops, the sandwiches here are a little smaller on the portions, and are pricier as well. If I have a sourdough craving, I’ll stop by here again. But if I crave a regular sandwich, I’ll visit another establishment.

DO NOT WORK HERE!! They act very professional upon first meeting them but as soon as you are employed they are terribly unprofessional. I’ve seen the wife not use gloves many times, her husband (The owner) allows her to treat the employees very terribly, and even some of their customers. The owner also treats his employees horribly. I’ve seen him scream over minor mistakes to his employees. The “training” process is them expecting you to already know. He allows bullying from his management to the other employees. Overall I’ve heard stories from other employees/ former employees of similar or worse.
