Customer service is very slow, and they didnt seem service oriented. Waiting to address a drink issue with 3 to 4 works approaching the counter and never asking if I needed something. Came across as rude.

Horrible staff, they had made a mistake in the size of my drink, I asked politely if they could correct the mistake they made which was giving me a grande instead of a venti which I had ordered and instead of giving me my correct size and amount the just poured my drink into a venti cup without actually giving me what I paid for

Had the best experience at this location this morning :) my drink was messed up by another location so I came here and the barista was so sweet and fixed it no problem. I didn’t get her name but she was the best!!
Slowest Starbucks ever. Ordered 10 minutes ahead and when arrived at drive thru they said they haven’t started the ordered and will get it done. What’s the point of ordering through the app and not getting it on time and it wasn’t even busy. Seen it better everywhere else..

Prices are way too high!!! I'm spending $10.40 for ONE venti coffee. I had to stop coming regularly because my card refills were insane! 😭 I'm very disappointed the points deals have stopped. Leaves no incentive to go back now. 🤷🏼♀️
