Drinks here are always flavorless ! Always less flavor! And extra ice ! I complained to the manager more than a couple times ! And they still make drinks with less flavor and extra ice ! My husband got a mocha Frappuccino every day this week and bring and bring it home to me So I didn’t want him to feel bad about so I kept the flavor less drink every day this week! They take advantage that they are still making money because all of our high school kids are still coming here ! Horrible drinks and we pay so much for them

I’ve been to multiple locations around the area and my drink is always right, but when I would come to this location there was always something. Either it took way too long or something is missing, I placed a mobile order and I always wait until it says it’s ready. Now, when I went to get it, it wasn’t ready and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get my drink wrong. I decided to just leave it and go, but it tasted burnt and watery.

Worst customer service I ever been too. I ordered a traveler, I ask for some lids and the lady said the traveler don't come with lids. I even ask if I can buy some. Her answer was there no way they could give it out. I order many traveler before and it always come with lids and if I need more there hasn't been a problem. Free water with lid is ok I guess. Maybe it's just this location. It's just some DAMN lids.

Being a door dasher i have to wait 10+ mint here every time i come here, i am not sure they put door dasher as their last priority. I would just stand there and keep watching em making other customers happy but we as a door dashers deliver the drink to Starbucks customers too . This put our job at risk even tho thats not our fault. I hope someone would read this and perhaps do something about it since we work for Starbucks customer as well.
