I just went to order the same drink as I always do and did just yesterday it was a tropical citrus and I asked for a squirt of peach just like I always do in my drink I was told that it wasn't standard and they could not add a squirt of peach in my drink.

I usually go here because everyone was amazing but this time I wasn't happy because I asked for a cake pop to be added they said they couldn't not do that for me that I would have to go back to the line like bro don't you value every customer as well and it's not like I'm asking for a drink preparation I've asked before and I'm aware of how long things take but dude don't loose your customers like that. I was already not feeling good I'm not going to go all around again.
I am very upset with the late service 40 minutes per drive thru and the line just didn't work and my daughter got out of the car and went inside and it took them 30 more minutes to give her the coffee they had 5 people working and out of 5 I don't know 1 very bad Service supposedly if you order for the drive thru it is for faster but they don't take too long to give the orders as if they ordered the cow every time they go to prepare a coffee ????? I will never return to that place terrible service

More than an hour to wait for a coffee for my son, it's good that I don't even have it in my mind to return there to this place. Personally, for me, Estabucks has nothing interesting to offer me.

Shouldn’t even get a star drive-through is super super slow when you pull up to the counter they did not have anybody there. They’re just running around putting drinks down. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get my drinks that was just sitting on the counter just for ice tea.!! So my total time in the drive-through was over 20 minutes if you have time to kill this is a place for you, but I think I’d rather go to a different Starbucks and get my drinks faster and this store is not the first time this happened and being super slow! And they still didn’t get my drink, right?

Employees differ with there approach to jobs and it just so happens maybe I came on a bad day but ordered 2 lattes venti size and I could have poured one into the other and it still wouldn't of filled up so order drinks with no whip or you will get only 10ozs I have pics but realized man that's sad also they didn't call anyone's name out and seemed like the baristas were disorganized. Only been there twice so there's room for improvement but the review is for the experience those 2 days.

Bought my usual dragon drink. Handed to me was something white with ice. I told them that wasn't my order and she took it back and fixed the irder. What I got in return was a watered down pink colored drink. Worst drink I have ever received. Ill think twice befire ordering at this lication again. Barista needs further training
