I just went to order the same drink as I always do and did just yesterday it was a tropical citrus and I asked for a squirt of peach just like I always do in my drink I was told that it wasn't standard and they could not add a squirt of peach in my drink.

I usually go here because everyone was amazing but this time I wasn't happy because I asked for a cake pop to be added they said they couldn't not do that for me that I would have to go back to the line like bro don't you value every customer as well and it's not like I'm asking for a drink preparation I've asked before and I'm aware of how long things take but dude don't loose your customers like that. I was already not feeling good I'm not going to go all around again.
I am very upset with the late service 40 minutes per drive thru and the line just didn't work and my daughter got out of the car and went inside and it took them 30 more minutes to give her the coffee they had 5 people working and out of 5 I don't know 1 very bad Service supposedly if you order for the drive thru it is for faster but they don't take too long to give the orders as if they ordered the cow every time they go to prepare a coffee ????? I will never return to that place terrible service

More than an hour to wait for a coffee for my son, it's good that I don't even have it in my mind to return there to this place. Personally, for me, Estabucks has nothing interesting to offer me.
