I ordered a tuna sandwich but it might as well been a bread sandwich barely any tuna and the veggies looked and smelled old not fresh what so ever my stomach is now aching after eating that sandwich.Wouldn’t wish eating from there on my worst enemy worst experience I’ve ever had.

Do not take coupons. Put an online order in while sitting at the table. Order came in, no one waiting for service and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, even though no one was there. We sat and waited 10 minutes before they taped my order to the glass. The sub was awful. I love subway and have been all over North America eating subway and this was the worst ever. This subway is a disgrace to the chain. Also, they painted a 6 into an 8 for sub of the day.

Mobile ordered a tuna sandwich. It may as well have just been a spinach sandwich with an essence of tuna. I should've know as soon as I picked up the bag and realized how light it was that it was going to be a shit sandwich. I requested extra pickles, I could count the 6 pickles on the footlong bed of spinach. Extremely thin layer, if you could describe it as that, of tuna. Very disappointed because I couldn't take it back since I'm a distance away from that location and it would be inconvenient to go back so soon after seeing the sorry state of this sandwich.
Tried contacting customer support but no help there. Supposedly expecting an email but going off the interaction, I highly doubt it's true.

Horrible service. I was told I cannot have jalapenos toasted on my sandwich, that's a first. Then I was told that I can't have a footlong for the meal of the day when it says you can right on their menu. Very poor customer service. They tried overcharging me as well. This place deserves a 0 star rating because of the workers.

I absolutely love this Subway. The restaurant is always clean, which is such a big deal for me, and you can tell they really keep things fresh. The vegetables are always crisp and vibrant, which makes such a difference in the taste of your sandwich. The staff here is another reason I keep coming back. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and a friendly “hello,” and it makes the whole experience that much better. It’s clear that they care about what they’re doing, and they always take the time to make sure you’re happy with your order.

So went in to order a sandwich with a coupon I had received in the mail for my area. Was told I couldn't use the coupon because it was too cheap! So why would they send it to me? Further more as I was leaving, someone was coming in to complain about a sandwich. Kinda glad I didn't get mine. Wouldn't recommend this subway

This is about the Subway on Commerce....I chose ro come here because it appears much more cleaner than the one on Bellevue. But what is odd is that they keep the meat/cheese lid raised so you cannot see the product through the glass!! Obviously they don't want the customer to see how they gyp the amount of meat cheese you don't get!! Lol. What a bunch sneaks. They got the black olives and onions filled to their brim in plain slide but they don't want you to see the meat and cheese and how little they put on the sandwich you can tell when you hold the sandwich in your hand there's no substance. I ordered a tuna and he held up the tuna in an ice cream server so that I could see lol someone needs to train this man, I think he was the owner. Come to our country take all the franchises out from underneath the US citizen and then gyp us to boot.

One of the worst subways Ive ordered food from. Not only do they not know how to follow simple directions, they believe the amount of ingredients that go on a 6 inch sub is equivalent to the 12 inch sub.

I hadn’t tried Subway in years due to declining quality and consistently rude, confused staff. I know that owners have cut back on ingredients, and Subway seems to be fine with that. I recently decided to give it another shot and made an online order. My meal was supposed to come with two sauces, but when I asked for them, a rude lady approached me and demanded that I pay extra. I agreed to pay for the sauces that were supposed to come with my meal, which seemed to annoy her. She eventually said it was okay, but when I checked the receipt, I saw I was charged for two bags instead. So, not only is the food quality still poor, and the staff remains rude, but now it appears that the employees are running scams too. What’s next? Someone making bread barefoot on the counter?
