Unable to order due to wrong hours posted in front of business and online. Arrived before 10pm and was told by employee that they close at 9.30pm, instead of 10 pm posted on business front door. Don't waste your time and $ on this establishment.

Subway on Shaffer Rd. Atwater. Went there to get a chicken teriyaki sandwich. I had not had one like it before but was ordering for a friend who has been ill and not able to walk in. We decided to get a large one and split it so I could enjoy the sandwich she said was the best. When I got back to her with it and unwrapped it, we were shocked to see it was wrapped in a paper towel. The chicken was not teriyaki marinaded chicken. The ones making the sandwich had ask me what to put on it for sauce. I said whatever it is you use for teriyaki chicken. The girl didn't seem to know but the guy said teriyaki and pointed to it. The girl put a small line across the bun. The person I was eating it with said this did not taste anything like their teriyaki chicken sandwich or even look like it. The chicken was chunks that were full of water like they had been soaking in it. I could squeeze water out of the chunks. I don't think these workers are trained on how to make the classic subway sandwiches. You can see in the photos that the chicken is not their teriyaki chicken. No teriyaki flavor. $16.40 total for the sandwich. Would NOT recommend this Subway.

I came to pick up my online app order. I have to say, with the standard order on the menu and the extra stuff I added to my foot long philly, they managed to cram everything in it. Great job, great sandwich. I made it one of my favorites, definitely looking forward to more in future.

“HELLO????? CAN U MOVE???” is exactly what the older lady with glasses said to me while i was ordering. I would like to see her behind the counter as a customer getting talked to like that. very unprofessional and i dont plan on going back. if you like to get rushed the this place might be for you and if not - the subway on Commerce Ave is the better place to be

I would NEVER recommend anyone go to this subway at all. The older lady with glasses had an attitude from the get go. Told us to move out the way even though we weren’t even done ordering. When asked about different options she would hurry us up and give us dirty looks and attitude. We just walked out because how can someone so immature be in customer service. If you don’t like your job GET ANOTHER ONE.

The place was clean, but the girls behind the counter didn't speak much English. I just wanted cookies made today and my sandwich wrapped into 2 servings. 1 for now, 1 for later. Annoying. Bathroom was clean also.

I don't think this is a real Subway. They don't take the coupons and the sandwiches are always soggy bread. I never have that problem at ANY other Subway. Never again. Workers were jerks also the last time.

Owner brushed me off as I was picking up an online order ? an online pickup took 4 mins just because they didn’t believe it was mine, absolutely ridiculous.
This place deserves every 1 star review they get. They wouldn't let me eat inside because I ordered through the app. I asked why and she said because of some "state tax". That's funny because no other Subway in California kicked me out for ordering through the app. Also she added veggies to my sub that weren't written anywhere on the ticket so I had to pick them out.

This Subway is the worst Subway I have ever been to. Twice now I’ve gone to this subway and gotten kicked out. Once for having outside food even though I ordered from the subway. And another time I had ordered food, gotten kicked out for cleaning and then came back only to be kicked out again because I did not want to buy more food from there. Absolutely terrible. Their sandwiches aren’t even that good.

This Subway is not worth eating at to be honest, and they are unreasonable and will not accept your paper coupons due to store managers request. However no sign is posted anywhere and they will not tell you until you are about to pay. I highly recommend eating at Subshop at 1844 Bellevue rd Atwater ca. Or Sourdough & Co. at 1809 Bellevue Rd Atwater ca :)
