Today, the host #PXR2KRKMWVTWRT25 was horrible during the evening shift. I accidentally asked for the wrong subway due to not being my order but for someone else, when I asked if she could add extras, she gave me attitude and said that she couldn’t and if I wanted to do add ons it was going to cost me 3 times more, so it was better to get another subway. I asked again if she could just add what I wanted to the subways she said that I had seen her doing the sandwich and didn’t say anything so she couldn’t add any more items. I insisted to have her add the extras and she kept telling me with an attitude that the subway was wrapped and it was going to cost me 3 times more expensive! I told her I was going to give her a bad review and she said to do it. This is not the first time she gives attitude to customers. I want to go in and get my subway without feeling tense because she’s there with an attitude. Subway is well known and deserves to have better host not her.

We arrived at this location about 30 minutes before closing and were told they would not serve us because they were already closing up and cleaning. Having worked in the service industry myself, we never started shutting down while customers were still within posted hours. If the doors are open, guests should be served. The owner may want to reevaluate staff training and expectations, because this reflects poorly on the business and its customer experience.

Worst subway restaurant ever ordered at! Do not order here! I was ordering online and by mistake I ordered at this location . As soon as I figured it went to this location I called the store and confirmed to please cancel the order and refund back the money and they cancelled the order. It’s been a month and I even reached out to the subway for my money back but the owner refuse to refund, and stopped responding online. Subway customer service is awful as well!!

I can tell an employee there named Jas has not been told off yet on how she needs to behave better towards the customers. From what I've read and seen myself, she's always hiding in the back and almost never helping the rest of the employees even when there's a big line, has a horrible attitude towards customers, and seems to only want things to go her way. Come to find out that not only is she the manager, but related to the owner of that store! No wonder she keeps getting away with her bad behavior!! There's also two I've seen with short stature that wear glasses that behave the same way, tho I don't know if they're all related...

If I could out a 0 star I would rude customer service. When I tried to enter I was asked to wait as they mopped the floor understanding I waited for it to be dry. Once it was I walk in and was yelled at to leave and wait as the floor was wet. I responded that the floor was dry and were just entering. Since I was yelled at “ can you not wait like I asked we just mopped” at this point I left very disappointed will not come back.

She makes subway look bad, she was very rude and did not want to make any food on her phone hiding in the back!
Food is 10/10 but They over price the food over here rather go to Merced subway because meal of the day is $10 with foot long over here is $14. sucks because Atwater is closer
staff wasn't very welcoming went in with my cousin they barley cared about making our sandwiches speaking another language not paying to much attention and when I was at the register the cashier named jas asked me to pay I asked for large I got it but when I asked about wanting to get Cookies she said that I was supposed to ask before paying which is fine but she was getting defensive and being rude felt like I was dissolving the situation didn't have a good time ordering here no one said have a good day or welcome in.the atmosphere sucked

Ordered online, asked for my subways to be double toasted and they weren’t even toasted at all.

My son ordered food on the Subway app for this location. The order was to be picked up at ~3:15pm. When I went inside to pick up my son's order, my wife decided that she also wanted to get a sub, and I mentioned to the employee that the order they were making is probably for my son, and then employee responded back telling me that I had seen the name, and that I was trying to steal the sandwich. She then demanded an order number which I didn't have, and I couldn't get ahold of my son to get the number. I was finally able to get the order number, and even after telling her the number she still insisted that I had seen the name. At which point I was furious, and told her she lost a lifelong customer, and her response: "I don't care."
The staff are friendly, polite and sociable. Pleasant atmosphere.

Whoever closed at 9:30 on a Friday night at this subway 5/9 should get fired.Only subway open till 10pm and walked in and said she was closed at 9:30.Horrible service.

Unable to order due to wrong hours posted in front of business and online. Arrived before 10pm and was told by employee that they close at 9.30pm, instead of 10 pm posted on business front door. Don't waste your time and $ on this establishment.
