Service was good but the food was horrible.The worst pad Thai I have tried so far couldn’t even finish it. There was no flavor in the food, not even the lime could save the dish.

This used to be my favorite Russia. After the mother sold it to the son and the quality service and everything is just gone down. It's very sad to see. You cannot get them to answer their phone. And staff cannot even keep tables bussed. (I don't know if it's covid or what) I stood in line for 10 minutes today before I was even acknowledged. I will not be going back. Very sad to see.

Just moved into town! I was super excited to learn we had a place that served pho. The staff was really nice and the food was good! I ordered a large seafood pho and it was very flavorful, my sister ordered the orange chicken and that was really good aswell! We will definitely be back!

Radna has become one of my favorite Thai dishes so I knew I had to try it here.. It was so. freakin. delicious. Everything was hot, the flavor was amazing, and the service was great! We were checked on multiple times and the staff was super friendly as well, which was a huge plus. This place is absolutely a new favorite for me!

Phone didn't work. Service slow. Came in and place a to go order. Forty minutes for to go order. SMH. Got home and food was not packaged right. Spilled all over the bag.

Just order the pho one seafood and one chicken. They labeled the broth wrong and when we began to pour meatballs which were mine went into my wife's food. I think they put the wrong lid on each container. None the less she was not happy. Attention to detail and not really any bean sprouts just a couple. Very disappointing. We will travel to Merced from now on.

Awesome customer service and always greeted with a smile. The food is delicious, especially the pad Thai chicken. I order takeout from this restaurant at least once a week. They sometimes even recognize my voice when I call with my order. Happy I found their local place near my house.

The food here is always delicious. My favorite are the chicken egg rolls, i order 2 or 3 orders they are the best with side of chicken fried rice. Service always pleasant and very friendly. Food is prepared fast and sooo good, everyone i bring here always falls in love with the egg rolls. This is my favorite egg roll place in all of California.

Okay first. The call in order system sucks and it always has. In true fashion yesterday we were unable to get thru. We appeared in person, ordered with no issue, food was prepared quickly and was good. Thank you!

I had a pick up order for Spring Rolls, Fried Calamari Rings, Panang Seafood Curry, and Combination Pho. I made it home before I realized they didn't give me the spring rolls. As my boyfriend and I were eating, we discovered the calamari rings from each of the three dishes had the "rubber band" in it. This is a choking hazard and should be removed prior to cooking. After we were done eating and cleaning up (we did not eat any calamari after discovering the bands), I called the restaurant and asked for a refund. The employee told me to come back, with the receipt. When I got there, she informed me that she was unable to do refunds so she would have to get the manager. When she came back, she asked if I had the food. No, because 1) I didn't receive the spring rolls and 2) she only told me to bring the receipt. She asked where the food was and I told her we had thrown it in the dumpster. She said the manager was busy doing dishes so I offered to wait. She left and returned to tell me the manager refused to give me a refund without the food. I never received the spring rolls and I'm not going to drive all the way home and back (for the third time) and dig in a dumpster for a few bucks. The manager was so much of a POS that not only did he refuse to give me a refund for food that I never received and food that was prepared improperly but he made this poor employee run back and forth and play messenger for him rather than speaking to me himself. The manager's name is Tony and I plan on speaking to the owner about this tomorrow.
