First off we pulled up too the drive thru and was greeted with “Are you Ready to Order” secondly we pay for our food do not get our drinks and ask to reversed and wait here. We waited here for 15-30 minutes. When we asked they said we backed up for our timers.

I've always loved Wendy's: I like the food, good taste, clean restaurant. Was in there earlier to get a few things (there were other people waiting), but Manager Vanessa took my order and before you know it, I had it in my hand, Take Out. Good job Vanessa.
