These ppl listen to your order and gladly follow request...i live in merced and the egg is always semi raw...ive told merced to cook egg fully but THEY CLAIM THEY CANT, YET IN ATWATER THEY COOK MY EGG TO PERFECTION...IF YOU LIKE WENDYS, COME TO ATWATER,MERCED WENDYS WILL JUST GIVE YOU A HEADACHE
The drive thur attendant Isabel was rude and seemed to hate her job. She was trying to rush the order, and ultimately got it wrong. I had to go in and order more food. The fries were cold and nasty. Customer service was horrible.

Never go during morning on Mondays and Tuesdays unless you want to get yelled at. Doris is a employee their very rude and sassy. Please go during night for a better experience. They work faster and don't mess around. Manager was nice and gave my kids free cookies and toys. We have been going there for years now and still enjoy the food. There have been some times though where i did not enjoy my experience though. Overall great restaurant you should go.

Very disappointed. Suppose to be customer friendly! Teen age kids were so loud I could not sit and have a peaceful meal. Employees didn't do anything. Just continued to clean and move tables which made a horrible high pitch noise that hurt my ears. Bottom line: I felt no respect for customers. Don't think I will be going back.
I used to like going there. They used to be friendly. But lately it's gotten pretty bad. Customer service has gone downhill. Is it under new management? If it is, time to reevaluate everyone.

The soda machine and counter's were covered in soda! I had to ask 3 different people to please clean it so I could get my soda. Then the soda was full of carbonation. When I got home and seen my food I was again disappointed. Both french fries were only half full! This is supposed to be a newly remodeled Wendy's but you'd never know it. I don't know if I'll be going back!
