We ate there for the first time today. Our food was brought to us very fast. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The fries were especially good! We will definitely be back!

33 minutes to make a chicken sandwich. My daughter checked in with them twice and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. My daughter was sitting on the bench inside Wingstop waiting for the order. A lady (there was 3 ladies) put the order on the rack instead of giving it to my daughter. I got out of my car to check how much longer since it was past the 26 minutes timeframe from the time I placed my order. My order had been sitting on the rack for 8 minutes. I left and as I was driving home, my daughter says they didn’t give me my drink. SMH. The staff need common sense or more training. Looks like they are doing the bare minimum.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

My nephew did an online order to have wings etc.. delivered. For some reason the app (wing stop app) glitched and put the delivery address as the place he ordered from (atwater location). He recieved a call from delivery (door dash) person that the address for delivery was location of restaurant. He asked if she could deliver it to correct address and she said no and hung up. He received a call from wing stop restaurant that his order was left behind by door dash driver. They didn't offer to put his order back to hold for him to pick it up. Instead they left it out for someone else to grab it. Needless to say he never received his order and they didn't care to remake it for him. He lost over $50 worth of food ordered. Never ordering from this location again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! placed an order for delivery through [WING STOP app], but the address was accidentally set to the store instead of my home. When I called the store for help, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and left me with no food and no resolution.

I understand mistakes happen, but I expected at least some customer service or guidance on how to resolve it—whether by issuing store credit, or pointing me to the right support channel. Instead, I was told nothing could be done. And was sent in circles from the delivery driver and this experience was very frustrating and disappointing. I hope Wingstop improves how they handle situations like this and provides better support to customers who run into order issues.

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

The cook asked how we would like our meal cooked and did a great job. Other employee was busy cleaning and shining the place inside and out. First time ever eating here. Awesome. I'm addicted now. Those two guys were model employees.

it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.

Very short staffed they prioritized online orders instead of people that walk in very rude and when I got my food, it was ice cold I would not recommend go to Merced for a better experience
