Just ran out of the store after getting sprinkles they have at check out and I pick up container and cockroaches come running out all over container im holding and running all over counter.. I grabbed my son and left quickly. I can put up with alot but absolutely NOT COCKROACHES!

I always get a comfortable, safe and homey feeling here. The employees are always friendly, greeting customers when they enter. If it's your first time and you want assistance just ask and they can help you. There are three sizes of bowls 🥣 to choose from, your price is based on weight ⚖️, so the bowl 🥣 size doesn't make much if any difference in price. After choosing your bowl 🥣 , you can choose what frozen yogurt and toppings you want. It is self serve so you can put as much or as little as you want in whatever order you want! I think there are about 10 fro-yo flavor choices, such as vanilla, Oreo, cake batter, mango 🥭, chocolate 🍫, watermelon 🍉 or pineapple 🍍, and a LOT of toppings to choose from including graham crackers, Oreos, brownies, chocolate chip cookies 🍪, chocolate chips 🍫, yogurt chips, cereal, fruitie pebbles, fruit loops, Capt. crunch, fruit, strawberries 🍓, kiwi 🥝, berries 🫐, coconut 🥥, peanuts 🥜, nerds, gummy bears, gummy sharks, gummy frogs, Reese's peanut butter cups, Reese's pieces, M&Ms, syrups, hot fudge, chocolate 🍫, marshmallow, carmel, strawberry 🍓, berry 🫐, cherry 🍒... You pay by weight and they will give you a napkin and spoon 🥄.

Usually service is great I’m guessing unless you ask for a receipt. They only give you a receipt via text or email so I opted to go with email. The gal working the register the last time we went almost lost her mind when I said email. I’m guessing my email was too long for her she rolled her eyes and told me to punch it in myself not so very nicely. My hand was bandaged so I told her no she could do it. She was so upset over it that on our way out she told me to leave and not come back. Seriously…over a receipt?? RIDICULOUS!!

There is a young lady in the evening that has a terrible attitude, she picks all the toping 15-20 min before closing and she doesnt give you any if you are there 15 min before 8:00pm I was there wednesday and eating my icecream (by the way cake batter is delicious) and saw 10 couples walk in but it was already close. Lost some money there. Other than that icecream is great!!

Half the machines are empty, the chocolate and vanilla machine was broken, and there were only 4 flavors available. The one that did sound good was not, and the strawberries were also not good. Definitely not returning
