Went to get dinner, there was no where there to greet us and when the hostess showed up she wasn't very polite, or friendly. Then we ordered three meals, including one for my two year old. Both mine and my daughters burgers were undercooked and I had to send them back. They did comp her meal and bring out new burgers. The service wasn't the best though, our waitress seemed nice enough but we had to ask her to to refill our drinks, and we also had to ask for napkins and silverware. And they also didn't bring us any plates for our appetizers. This is not the best written review but I was not pleased with the service and I don't think we will be going back there.

Got the AYCE wings. They were hard. Tried a second order of a different flavor and the same thing. And they took for ever to get we had to ask twice where they were. Margaritas were the only good thing about the meal.

The all you can eat deal is only good if the food is good, price isn't everything. I would rather pay more for good food than less for... Disappointing food. "Usually" Applebee's has been consistently decent food both here and across the country but this time was disappointing. Maybe a new cook or something? I don't blame the wait-staff they were pleasant and nice, I do blame management for lack of training of the cook. If the next time is like last, there won't be another next time at this location.

My parents and I have always gotten riblets. This time, the cuts of meat were totally different. They are usually fall off the bone, tender and juicy. They were tough as shoe leather. Such a disappointment for a family outing. To quote my mother they were like sawdust in my mouth and it was like the meat was cooked in water all day then pulled out and the sauce was just the poured on not cooked into the meat. Very sad, definitely not returning for that. Service however, was fantastic.
