2-23-24 Went out with the family for our anniversary steak dinner. Was informed that they were out of mashed potatoes. Then they had no knives and forks. Then they bring out a whole table of utensils adjacent to us and start wrapping their knives and forks. Ordered dessert and was informed they were out of strawberries. Manager refused to remove the $.99 charge for the strawberries on a $180 dollar bill. In the past it’s been a great place to eat until now.

Wow!! Service was horrible!! Went to dinner with family for a birthday. The server brought me the wrong burger. Everyone else got their food except me. He brought dessert and the to go boxes out before my dinner and then brought my dinner out in a togo box after I watched everyone else eat. We are regulars there and we won’t be back.

It was a terrible experience,... Went there to have dinner with my friend... And the food was terrible... The fiesta lime chicken I ordered was gummy and chewy as heck and the tortilla chips it was surrounded by were stale and seemed microwaved. Some were chewy and hard.... And the rice it was served with was barley warm and dry.. seems like they just microwave there food.... Very disappointed and had to have waiter take it back. I couldn't do it. And then my friend felt bad and didn't want to just eat alone. Bc I obviously didn't want anything else..... Just very disappointed in the whole thing....

No complaints. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly, and attentive (but not overly), and the food was tasty and well prepared. For what it is, essentially an upscale Denny's, it is very pleasant and repeatable.

I frequent Applebee’s often and used to rave about it. But over the past two years there service and food has gone downhill. They often don’t have what we order and the service is bad I’m assuming that is because of staffing issues.

Great location, great service and a clean yet fun atmosphere. Food is consistently good and cocktails are delicious! There is a big bar with plenty of TVs to watch a variety of sports. They also have extra large booths to accommodate a big group.

Received gift cards for Applebees so decided to go to happy hour and kick off the holiday weekend. Drinks were ok, but our server was no good! No checking in on us ( and bar area not busy) and no personality. Why are you a server if you don't like clients and want to engage ? Don't you know your tips will be better? I'll not go again because service and quality matter to me. Another mediocre chain I can skip.

Our service was great at this Applebee's. We liked the smaller, quieter, clean atmosphere. We had meals from the "2 for" menu. Excellent flavors good portions. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely go back.
