Ok Honesty I did door dash 1st time ALL BAD MY FAULT Yet the 6 mo old bear ckaw that was delivered to me was SOMEONE'S FAULT. THE LADY AT THE DINER MICHELLE I THINK I PRAY THAT'S HER NAME SHE made it all better. She refunded me the price on the menu not what I actually paid door dash and gave me a fresh out of the oven bear claw DELISH . So I would like the take-away to beA little kindness can really goA LONG WAY. Be Kind.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room access for wheel chairs YES ?
One of the best places to get a classic American breakfast. The staff are attentive and accommodating, the food looks like advertised, and I left satisfied! We really enjoyed this black bear diner! Amazing service and plenty of room for my two small kids, two teens and 3 adults! It has a nice view of the sunset as well! Prices are amazing compared to the Bay Area and portions are much better ! If we ever go back towards that location definitely will stop by again!

Ordered the "Big Bear Combo plate., it's obvious the pancakes were premade as they were cold and dry. The butter was as if it was just removed from the fridge because it was still cold & hard. Do hens lay xx-small eggs? Because the eggs were tiny with "bearly" any yoke. The two sausage patties were also dry. The service was also lacking. Didn't once an offer to refill our waters. The decor kinda old and stale the Newspaper Menus are hard to read unless you wear glasses. It's was fast food at a restaurant price. I won't be going back. If I want a fast food quality breakfast I'll go to McDonald's, actually come to think of it The McDonalds breakfast was actually better .
Great staff! yummy food! Always tasty & generous portions, always leftovers. there are a few waiters in particular that are just amazing and make every visit wonderful!
