Just like Newcastle produce I get excited when I see baked and brewed on the route sheet for our bicycle rides. The entire old Auburn area is really very eclectic. Baked and brew has a wide variety of baked goods, generous portion sizes and great coffee in an awesome staff. What's really especially good is that they have a lot of room to sit outside in the sun where you can warm yourself and enjoy your coffee and scone.

Really cute small town coffee shop, decently priced food ($12ish for a sandwich but that's the world we live in). The coffee was solid the maple scone I got smacked, free samples of the peanut butter cookie, no complaints. Good atmosphere and service. 5/5 would actually come back for the scone

Great local coffee and sandwich spot. Friendly and fast service with several beverage options and nice pastries too!

We stopped off here on our drive home from Tahoe. I got a salad, husband got a sandwich. The food was reasonably priced, came out quick, and was fresh and tasty. We had our dog with us, and the patio offered nice dog-friendly seating.

Love this place !! It's super cute !! stopped here before heading to the snow definitely worth it !! the workers were super nice and their food is super fresh !! Why did the vegetable start a band? Because it wanted to turnip the beet and be super fresh!

Stopped in for the first time this morning. The person who took my order gave me the feeling I was bothering them, yet the next customer got laughs & courtesy. Got a scone that was half the size of most and fairly burned. I can see that this place is popular so maybe I just hit it at an off moment. The coffee was good so maybe I'll try again sometime.

Great service the man who took my order was cracking jokes and was super funny and everyone i talked to was very sweet, seating is very nice and shaded for hot days. The chai is so good would recommend!

Such a nice chill spot to stop and have coffee and a delicious bagel. The bagles here are more like sandwiches than bagels which is fine because again they're amazingly soft and cooked to perfection. Regardless of which bagel you go for you're guaranteed to be happy with the result and quite likely go back for seconds and then sit and chill for a while because it really is a very nice spot to sit and relax on a cool autumn morning.

We enjoyed a lovely casual breakfast at baked and brewed on a Sunday morning. We both ordered different bagel sandwiches and shared a blueberry pastry. Everything was delicious and came out quickly. The staff were really friendly as it was our first time and we asked for popular recommendations. We ate outside on the patio which is dog friendly. We'll be back and bring our pups next time!
