Have been going to be this place for 20 years. Ordered two twisties (peanut butter cup) one vanilla one chocolate, charged extra total 18 bucks for smalls argued with them, and order still wrong!

Decent food - Mac and cheese bites were great, burger was a little dry.
Poor customer service.
Ordered food and requested sides of BBQ, got home and no BBQ to be found.
Called and the manager told me there was nothing she could do for me short of me driving back 20 minutes each way to pick it up.

after slight remodel it seems to do better, was very prompt when I got in there and respectful.
Much better than my last visit before remodel. Mind you they weren't super busy but if I start receiving orders here again for DD I will give them another chance.
COVID times were hectic and super busy that do many people were lost.
Time will tell. And hopefully it switched for the better.

Really great burgers, fries, and floats. They use fresh ingredients and have gluten-free buns. The juicy hamburgers don't go well with the gf bun. My recommendation would be to toast it. I find any gf bread/bun holds together better when toasted. Very reasonable prices for burgers in comparison with the chains and much better.

First time here and I love it! The amazing juicy flavors of my burger made my taste buds happy. I had The Double D and Large Fries. For my beverages I had a 32 oz pineapple shake and iced water. The price was $29.00 for my meal. The ingredients are high quality and worth paying for.
Super delicious chocolate and hot fudge malt milkshake! I just wish they had some vegetarian burger options on their menu.

The shake was really good. It had pieces of banana in it, too. I felt like it could have been sweeter, but that's a personal preference thing.
The burger was really good too. The patty seemed to be pre-made, and I was hoping by the small quick service diner vibe it would be a hand-made patty. It was still good, though.
My son ordered tacos, but the tacos didn't come out with the order. They were forgotten. So that was a little frustrating after a long day.
The atmosphere was cool, in the sense it was a quick service style diner. It has a small indoor dining area and a small outdoor one. You order at a window and get your shake at one and your food at another. The only issue with that is that the outdoor dining area is so far from the Windows that you can't hear them call the orders. I would imagine if you miss the order for a certain time period, they might announce it over the PA system.
Nobody was in the indoor dining, and the orders were being taken from the side window/not the indoor counter area. So I'm assuming they really use that when it's cold outside.
Anyway it's a good restaurant and I would definitely go back.

I had a big burger. Don't remember the name then had a shake. Stuffed with a sugar rush all the way back to the house. Highly recommend unless you're diabetic. ?Unless you want to go out on the top end of your sugar reader
