A really great place.Tasteful gins, brandys, and whiskeys. He knows his stuff, is entertaining and fun, and loves talking about Auburn and our local community, his experience, and tasting notes of the spirits. If you're out and about on a Saturday afternoon, drop by to sample some. I really liked his brandys (pear, blood orange, and grape) as they were all sourced locally. He took care of explaining where he sources his ingredients. It is indoor/outdoor and is fun to come up to his table, have a conversation, and enjoy the afternoon!

Very knowledgeable owner and distiller. He was great to meet and walked us through each of his products which was great. The distillery is located in a light industrial park. You get a pour of each and and an answer to any questions. We ended up buying 3 bottles. One each of the Gin, Bourbon and Brandy.

This guy makes all his own spirits. They are distilled on the premises. On my last visit, he had gin, whiskey, bourbon, and a cask strength, scotch whiskey. All fabulous, tasting is available.

Truly a gem in Auburn! While Moonraker is constantly crawling with people, I love to come to this hidden spot to try all the spirits. The owner is the sweetest and is so passionate about his craft, you can't help but ask more questions. It's such a pleasure to try his creations and be in the presence of someone who loves what they do so much.

This is the best Gin and the owner has a heart of gold. I buy all my spirits from him! I drive from Sacramento now just to see him and buy his products. Worth the drive!!!!

It's been some time since we stopped at the distillery. It is in a little industrial building but look for the sign. We were in the area (right down the road from Moonraker) and wanted to check out their current offerings. Last time we were there the owner had some whiskeys in the barrels. We also love their gin. So we tried three whiskeys and the gins. We really enjoyed the Barrel Aged Gin and the Smokey Whiskey. Each bottle was $45 but totally worth it. Stop by and give them a try. The owner is very happy to tell you about the spirits and you can taste them all.

I've been meaning to give this Darjeeling Gin a try for some time. I had heard it was at a local (Auburn) store, but no luck. So, the wife and I were out for a Covid-19 get out of the house ride and stopped by. Glad I did. Ed was manning the table, and offered a taste. I think I disappointed him when I said no. However, he probably cheered up a bit when I bought a bottle of the gin and one of the Prince Bourbon. As I write this I'm savoring the gin...very very good. Might just replace my Bombay Sapphire in future martinis. I'm looking forward to giving the bourbon a try...the purchase of the two was to help celebrate/commiserate the election results on Tuesday. Oh well.

I've been here now 4 times. The first time was just two of us. We just tasted and didn't buy. The owner is so nice and of course knowledgeable. He has you try all that he makes. The second time I brought a friend and a bottle. Then my parents and they bought a bottle and when I had a group over, they loved the one I had and they drank the entire bottle! LUSHES. So we went the next day and the group bought 4. I'm ready for another now too and I'm normally a wine drinker. Good stuff! My mom loves angels envy rye and Blantons and she's now added this.

Everything here is so smooth and drinkable neat. I'm a fan and will be collecting all 5 varietals (gin, whiskey, bourbon, rye, brandy). The gin is the one you can find at retailers throughout CA but the others you can only find at the distillery since they are so small batch. The owner is super nice, friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and enhance your liquor collection with something from this distillery.

I stopped in to see Ed on a whim. I tend to like bold flavors in general. I settled on a bottle of smoked rye, Scotch. Over the course of a few months, I sipped this whisky and knew it was special - at least to me. I honestly don’t know how it would have compared to anything store-bought, and frankly, I don’t care. Thanks for a superior product. I’ll see you soon. (it’s gone) : (

Saw the signs after leaving knee deep and decided to try it. The owner was very nice and educated us on the different whiskeys and bourbon. Free tasting and I really enjoyed their gin, it was smooth. I'm not a gin drinker but I just couldn't resist taking a bottle home. I also snagged a bottle of bourbon for a friend it was pretty smooth also. It's no more expensive than going to BevMo or total wine but here you are getting locally made spirits.

Small tastings but don't let that fool you! These are high proof spirits. The gin is unique and worth taking a bottle home. The whiskey is still aging but he offers barrel tastings. Also has cocktail offerings. Lots of fun to talk to the distiller about his products.

Do yourself a favor and stop by here on Saturdays from 1-5pm and try some of the best gin you'll ever find. Ed was very welcoming, fun to talk to, and makes a hell of a dry martini. Stopped by on a whim while at the local breweries and ended up leaving with a bottle of gin! Amazing stuff and I'm not a typical gin drinker.

Well how FUN was this ..followed the signs and low and behold ..here we are. We tasted the GIN...lovely Darjeeling Tea flavor ,then onto a bourbon whiskey .. also quite enticing. Then we walked over to the distillery processes and learned quite a bit about the "making of this good stuff"! Afterward we enjoyed a martini. This was quite fun. Glad we didn't miss this on our way out of town.. and also glad we got to meet another local who also popped in to learn a little 'bout this place'. Cheers!
