This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Everything was spotless, some tables had live plants, and restrooms were clean.

My friend had been fasting for a medical procedure, so she was very hungry. We ordered cheese burger and a hamburger with fries and a drink. My friend said it was good to eat an all Ameican lunch.

Went there for breakfast and the employee was just setting there and took him a full minute to realize that we where waiting and the he came up to take our order the food was great but the man wouldn't let us enjoy our food as he kept talking to us at our table i was close to say if he just wanted to take a set! Very unprofessional. I do remember his name and believe it was "Gabriel." He needs to let people enjoy their food!

This was the cleanest restaurant. The employees were so friendly. The food was served quickly and was delicious. The younger children loved the “star” chicken nuggets. Fries were deliciously seasoned. Restrooms were very clean and well kept. Will definitely visit again and again.Parking: Plenty of parking.

My burger was dripping. I took the bun off, and the lettuce was very wet. Maybe they store it in water to help it stay fresh, but they didn't even shake off the excess before putting it on my burger. It was disgusting. When we went in, we were 5he only customers there, but the tables and chairs were dirty. I had to get napkins and wipe off greasey smears and breading crumbs.

Great atmosphere. Got to sit in the parking lot after dark, with the rain pouring down with the wind blowing. Even got to take the dog potty. Good vegan options. Great little stop off the freeway, close to gas stations too.

A little on the lonely side. Maybe due to how late it was in the day.. nonetheless the nice lady working the register was very nice and polite. If I am in the area again I might stop by. However I didn't see too many salad options.
I live 10 mins closer to the location off Grass Valley Highway, but they've been closing at least an hour before the listed (on Maps app) 10pm close time. So 9:43pm, I'm starving, and race to this location. I arrive 9:52pm, order from a very friendly woman, and pull up to the window. There were 2 other cars ahead of me when I pulled up, but all 3 of were done by 9:59p.I ordered the Guac Burger meal. I don't eat fast food much anymore (high prices, lower quality, & making healthier choices), but love this Guac burger. My husband brought 1 home from our G.V. Hwy location last week.... very little guac, and tasted like it had been sitting (around 6pm on a Wed). Let me just say, my meal tonight SURPASSED my expectations. I had to look something up before getting back on the road, which took an extra 10 mins before I could open my bag.My drink = Dr. Pepper (1st soda in 5 months) = FRESHThe fries = PIPPIN' HOT (not warm), perfectly cooked, just the right amount of ketchup packets (4) vs. (small) fry ratio, & perfect amount of salt.My burger = STILL HOT (again, not warm), EXCELLENT flavor, & as for the Guac, let's just say there was NO MISTAKING this burger for anything else. I actually thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I'm confident this location just knows how it's done right, everytime. They have earned a repeat customer willing to drive the extra 10 mins, passing another Carl's Jr on the way to purchase a much higher quality experience all around at this Lincoln Way location going forward.

Fish Sandwich and Bean Burrito are no longer on the menu. The Plant-Based burger is close but no cigar. Seriously, what's so difficult mirroring Macs french fries? Or baked plank fries. Jack N the Box occasional fish sandwich is the best. If, corporate reads this. Two changes that will improve sales.

Had breakfast and lunch here. Young man who helped us with breakfast was super friendly and helpful. Personal lunch also very helpful. One of the nicer Carl's Jr restaurants I've gone to. Certainly recommended to anybody

Made an online order for pick up through their app last week around 9pm for $100. Their store hours say they close at 10pm. Apparently they closed early. My card was charged and there is no way to cancel the order on the app. I have sent messages to the corporate messaging center, I have called the corporate number and left messages, I have called the store daily for a refund and all I get is that the manager is "busy" and will call me back but never does. Very bad customer service!
