I ordered a $6 milkshake. It was watery, not frozen. I parked and went inside. I explained the milkshake was not frozen. She said it was. I told her if I turned it upside down right now, it would come pouring out, not stay frozen. She then told me I already drank 1/2 the shake. I was livid. I took a sip out of the shake, determined it was unacceptable and returned it. The woman was wrong, rude and should be spoken to. After 10 minutes of bs, she offered to return my money.
Once a favorite, now with crappy customer service, it's a never again!
