Wow that was terrible. Stuck behind one car for 15 minutes in the drive through. Why did they not ask that car to pull into a spot? My food was ice cold when I got it. I have never had an issue at ANY chick fil an except this one. Wild.

His has to be the worst chic fil a ive ver been too. Ive been coming to this chic fil a for years. It's always dirty so honestly I try to go to the one in rockin when I can but this one is closer to my home. Decided to leave a review today when 2 meals and a mac and cheese came out to over $40 when I was quoted $37 through the intercom. The reason for the discrepancy is because they marked me as paid (mixed up the orders in the drive through) and then re inputted everything al a cart so it didn't give the slight discount for when you get the meal vs separate. I asked the lady at the windows about it but she was clueless. Avoid at all cost . .go to another one if you can!

I went through the drive through and received my food. The lady at the windows was friendly chatting with us while they worked on getting our food order ready. The chicken strips and bacon mac n cheese are really good. The Chick Fil A sauce is a favorite along with the hot sauce.
Hands down the best Chick-fil-A ever!! If I could give 100 stars, I would! My son wanted to celebrate his birthday dinner here because he loves the kids’ meal and the play area. I called the day before to ask if it would be okay to bring a cake and balloons, and the manager was incredibly kind and welcoming—she said it wouldn’t be a problem at all. When we came the next day, our group of about 9 or 10 people was greeted with amazing service from every single staff member. They helped us get seated, sang happy birthday to my son, brought him dessert, and even surprised him with a gift bag filled with toys and two gift cards! My son was absolutely thrilled, and I was so touched by how thoughtful and accommodating the team was. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for making his birthday so special—and for being so patient with our crazy crew right up until closing time!

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I have waited in the drive thru for up to 30 minutes before, even when one would think it would be less busy (2-3PM). When you compare this location to any other Chick-fil-A locations it falls short. They need to find out why that is and fix it.
