Ordered through the online app and was given a completely different order. Decided to go back as mistakes happen and they sent us home with the wrong chipotle bowl order AGAIN! Wasted gas and time driving back there and now my spouse didn’t eat as he doesn’t like bell peppers. He paid extra for guacamole and there was none. I’m disappointed as we love this chipotle but this is ridiculous to happen twice…..double check your orders before leaving.

They gone down hill big time...I asked for double meat n got barely any.i used to share with 3 peeps for a burrito...they shrunk half size n of coarsemore money.guess ther telling me I fat ....lol. Inflation hit them big time hahahaha.i doubled my tortilla cause it needed it for the big size burrito.

Act like theyre doing me a favor. Manager called me a perfectionist because i asked for more chicken! I only wanted what i was paying for "Double Chicken" is 2 scoops, not 1 scoop + a few tidbits! Take home message? Dont hire teenagers with attitudes!!! JimBoys Taco just got a new customer!

I ordered a burrito and added queso and guacamole. Charged me $1.70 f queso and $2,90 for guacamole. WHAT A RIP OFF!!. definitely won't be adding any extras. $22.00 for a burrito and chips with queso dip. No thank you.

A definite step up from most fast food. You can clearly see them cooking the meat in the back and all the ingredients are fresh. Even when it is crowded, the line disappears fast. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and even better chips. Seriously, the chips are worth a trip in and of themselves. You can order everythig to be super custom. Want more rice? No problem. Double chicken? Easy peasy. Because they are assembling your food right in front of you, you know exactly what you are getting and how much. If you don't like it, it is your fault. We live up the hill a bit from Auburn but Chipotle is a regular stop whenever we head down the hill.

I have been a frequent visitor of this Chipotle location and as much as it saddens me to say this, my experience on Friday afternoon was terrible. The young man was serving the bare minimum and was at one point scraping scraps of the corn salsa into my mother's bowl that hardly filled a quarter of the spoon. When she asked for more, he stood there with a blank stare and did nothing. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. He didn't even offer to get more. I spent a good amount of money to get a sad looking pair of burrito bowls and to be treated poorly by this staff member. At this point, I do not intend to return to this location. Extremely disappointed overall. What a shame.
