Customer service was not great, was not busy and the guy was rushing us to order. He also had gloves on but went and touched all kinds of stuff to fill some empty ingredients and then continued to use the same gloves to prepare our food. The bathroom was disgusting and there was no toilet paper and pee all over the floor and toilet. Every single surface was disgustingly dirty. Every table was covered in food. The kitchen where they prepared the food looked like a bomb had went off. The glass where the food was looked like it hadn’t ever been wiped down. I really think they need better management making sure this place stays clean. The trashes were so over full nothing else could fit into them. The floors were so gross too. This location always looks like this and honestly the reason I never want to eat here but my family insisted and I honestly lost my appetite after walking in there. It was so dirty we ate in our car..

The person who made my taco was very kind, along with the cashier. In my opinion, these had to have been the most upbeat Chipotle location I have been to. Portions were solid, tables were almost perfectly clean, napkins and sauces were stocked, and the chicken was tender, nothing to complain about here. Good work Chipotle team!

Ordered through the online app and was given a completely different order. Decided to go back as mistakes happen and they sent us home with the wrong chipotle bowl order AGAIN! Wasted gas and time driving back there and now my spouse didn’t eat as he doesn’t like bell peppers. He paid extra for guacamole and there was none. I’m disappointed as we love this chipotle but this is ridiculous to happen twice…..double check your orders before leaving.
They gone down hill big time...I asked for double meat n got barely any.i used to share with 3 peeps for a burrito...they shrunk half size n of coarsemore money.guess ther telling me I fat ....lol. Inflation hit them big time hahahaha.i doubled my tortilla cause it needed it for the big size burrito.
