It's just frustrating.. I wish I could split the review up because the food is 100% fantastic! I live about 30min away so everytime I have to go past it I stop... in my opinion the food is really good!. The staff is super friendly which makes for a pleasant visit. Now the reason for my 1 star... I've called and stopped there as well as attempted to order online a bunch of times. I've even had my husband try to go there for me, but 95% of the time they are closed! In the 50 attempt I've only been able to get food 4x! We are talking normal business hours too! No sign no nothing. It's extremely frustrating because I am so far away it would be nice to know when they actually are open for business so im not waisting time....

Staff were professional and efficient Even during a lunch rush they kept good attitudes Got a steak burrito, its was ok. Rice had good flavor but had very little meat. Id say most Bites didnt get any meat unfortunately. And the burrito was huge so it was a bit of a let down. We will try it again and maybe this time do tacos. Kids quesadilla was good especially with the cheese on the outside yum

I live pretty close to this place, and have wanted to give it a try. Well today I did and realized I was never missing out. There were two people behind the counter and, they both seemed nice when we walked in. We ordered the 2 taco plate. The description for the taco plate said it came with guac. We got the Beyond meat tacos. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. When the meat came out he put it on the tacos and asked how I wanted the tacos. He pointed to a sign with three options so I picked one. While I was eating, I noticed there was no guac. I got up and polity asked why there wasn't any on the tacos and the guy got rude with me. He barked that I picked the street option. I said well none of those options has guac in them. Then got an attitude. He ended up giving me a tiny side but I was already done with the tacos. Overall I was super excited to eat here with the option of fake meat, but the entire taco was lacking any flavor and the guy here was rude so I wont be going back.

I don’t enjoy getting off the freeway after driving for four hours to find a note saying that they closed early for “catering”. Good way to alienate customers, it was a lot of trouble to get here.I understand that emergencies happen, but a well-established fast-service restaurant to just close whenever the hell they feel like it is unacceptable.

It's great! The place has restaffed since these bad reviews we're posted. The food is great, the place is clean, and the people are friendly! They are also very considerate of allergies, which I appreciate as a celiac patient. I will be eating there again!

We stopped in Chronic Tacos today and the first thing I was impressed by was the cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and our items (chronic wraps) were AMAZING! Steak was cooked perfectly, it was fantastic! Don't forget to get the fried churro bites for dessert!

Had a giant breakfast burrito with tator tots, enough said! But there were good hot sauces to play with. Thanks!! I'm a fan of afternoon breakfast burritos that's worth an extra star right there! The owner took care of us. He was friendly.
