Remember the good old days when you went to your favorite locak diner and the waitresses greeted you with a genuine smile and a hello. Look no further cause its still happening here. Our absolute, hands done favorite breakfast and lunch spot. The owners is like a family member as well as the other wonderful servers. Food is constantly on point and fast service.

Edelweiss 2 is my go to place in Auburn for a burger, a sandwich, and especially for breakfast. They do omelettes better than most places I've been, and everyone there is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Breaded coating slid right off the steak and was very soggy. If you've ever tried making chicken fried steak at home, you know what I mean.
