I dont know what it is, but they have the BEST grilled chicken burritos. I usually go for the steak at taquerias, but their grilled chicken is fire & the burrito was big, filling, & delicious.

After coworkers telling myself about the wonderful food of this establishment, I tried it out this weekend. First off its open 24hrs. Drive thru Only available after regular business hours. I first went Saturday. Ordered a breakfast Egg burrito at Noon. All food items available 24/7. Delicious. A side bar available with salsa's, pico de gallo, radish, carrots. Ordered their Menudo to take home for later. They don't have Hominy in theirs but that's ok, I bought some and added it in. They did give chopped white onion, cilantro and lime. The broth was delicious. And included a beef foot. Menudo is not a dish everyone enjoys. From what I understand bc of the ingredients. Cow tripe(stomach) there are different types; feet of cow or pigs feet. But for those that do, they understand the recipe is time consuming. If it is made well quite delicious.I did order a regular beef burrito last night through the drive thru. Huge and yummy. I could only eat half. They offered salsa with it.I'd highly recommend this place.

bad service on several occasions and I have had some deluxe nachos and I ask for the meat well browned, they charge me to give it to me browned and the meat is not even hot. I don't want to speak ill but it is a shame that it calls itself Mexican food if only they would fire the staff at kitchen and they will hire real cooks, people who know how to cook and are hygienic, today throw $14.60 in the trash, they are a ?

Love this Mexican restaurant! Its open 24/7 and it has a drive-thru as well. Their quesabirria tacos are my favorite and it's not greasy like ones I've had from other restaurants. They have Mangonada and other Mexican desserts as well as drinks! So delicious.

I dont think any restaurant deserves a 1 Stat review unless they completely failed, but my experiences at El Forastero should be noted as something they can improve. I went their yesterday for lunch and ordered the steak breakfast burrito. I will praise them for portion size, as most Mexican restaurants are not giving their customers what they pay for. The issue I had is that the burrito tasted like refrigerator. They put something old in my burrito, and I couldn't put my finger on it, it could have been the potatoes or the Pico. But, they should really be checking their food for freshness. Thus morning, I have a sour stomach, and and I normally have an iron clad stomach. Therefore, get it together El Forastero. I will be moving into the area and I want to give my business to you. The third time is a charm and I hope you can improve.
