Flaming Burrito is the absolute best place for quick but quality Mexican food in this area. Their food is fresh and delicious. You can tell it’s high quality ingredients. I try to go often as it’s a family run business and the owners are awesome. It’s exactly the kind of mom and pop restaurant I love to eat at. Their carne asada is great. We also really enjoy the fresh salads.

This place and its owners are a treasure. Although we've never lived in Auburn, for years now the Flaming Burrito has been a much anticipated lunch stopover for our family when passing through the area. Even after moving overseas, we just had the opportunity to drop back in and it's still the best!

This place is fire! Very good service, first off. The owners seem like a nice couple of dudes, except one of them is a girl. The restaurant just has a nice atmosphere. And the FOOD, bro. Easily the best Mexican cuisine I've had on the west coast. I love the California tater tot burrito. It's just meant to be put in a zip up pocket. (If you know you know.) Bathroom's also pretty rad. That toilet can FLUSH.

Dined here for the first time yesterday evening. Wow! Absolutely the best Carne Asada Fajitas ever! Meat was super tender, veggies so fresh and portions generous. Wife had Carne Asada Fajita Burrito and was very happy. Owners are super nice. We will be coming back regularly!
The gigante grilled chicken burrito was really good and quite large. It was smothered with a very mild red chili sauce and cheese and filled from end to end with tasty ingredients. The service was very polite and helpful. The number of seats are fairly limited so groups or families may have difficulty finding a way to sit together. The interior is somewhat plain.

Had some chicken tacos with a side of beans and rice. Everything was really good, there was almost to much chicken in the tacos so it felt worth the price. The real star of the show was the green tomatillo sauce, it was so good I put it on everything.
