The good is next level awesome and they more than reasonably priced for they offer. The owners are very nice people, the sushi is top level and all the traditional Japanese food is also awesome.
We usually get to go and so very happy with the sushi and sushimim... week in week out its always good-thank you!
To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised to find a sushi restaurant this good in a small place like Auburn. The quality and presentation were better than I expected. It seems to be run by a Korean owner, but that didn’t affect the flavor at all. Most of the dishes were fresh and well prepared. The only downside was the uni, which looked a bit dark and not very fresh. Still, overall this is a solid spot and definitely worth trying if you’re in town.
It was interesting. To be fair I don't eat sushi, the vegetable tempura was very different then the Japanese version, it is shredded mixed together and fried. The miso soap was good.
Favorite place for ramen, but PLEASE change back the packaging!! I drive 30+ mins for this place, but it's not worth it if I can't get the item I ordered home without it getting soggy.
Normally this isn't an issue--typically the broth is packaged separately from the noodles/toppings, and I'm able to get 2 meals out of a single order of ramen. I've been ordering from this place for 6+ months, so I didn't check the bag--I guess something changed since I was in there at the end of January, because I just trusted it & went home. I open the bag & find just one BIG package, divided in a 2-part soup+topping container, soggy now-steamed tempura & noodles that had sat in broth the whole way home.
Please go back to your old packaging. I needed lunch tomorrow, and now I just have a soggy mess. I can't easily save this ramen now, and it's sat for quite a while before I even was aware that it WAS partially put together. Folx may need to split meals for reasons including dietary issues or disabilities, like I do in my case.

This is a tough one to write.
I think the management of this restaurant are not doing their jobs. They certainly don't appear to be taking care of staff.
Here's why I think this.
First the lady behind the counter was wonderful and kind. She really tried to be helpful. If I received food or even a manager in a timely manner I wouldn't be writing this review.
I wanted to save some money so I drove to Jinme to order food. Unfortunately there was some sort of problem and tons of door dash orders got placed in front of mine. I paid via my card.
After waiting 35 minutes in the restaurant I checked on my order. They didn't know when they would be able to get it and prioritized door dash orders instead. So here am I sitting in their lobby for 35 minutes and have no idea when/if I will get food.
I ask for a refund. Their first offer is a gift card. Honestly at this point I'm starving and I can tell they are all stressed out. I ask her to have the manager refund me because at this point I just want to go somewhere I can actually get food. I'm polite and kind. I don't want to worsen anyone's day.
Finally after another 6ish minutes she refunds me cash and the manager wages to say sorry on the way out.
Over 40 minutes of my life just completely wasted (not even counting drive time) and I could barely get a refund.
Now I'm also frustrated and hungry and just wanted some ramen because my throats been sore.
I'd be very cautious about going to this restaurant. It would have been a different experience if they had tried to make it right. But they didn't. Now I have cash I don't want and I'm off to hunt for some other food.
Hopefully the next experience is better.
Management team, you need to have a crisis management plan. You need to prioritize orders that come in before door dash orders, before door dash orders.
And in the future if this happens again, ask if you can make the ramen on the spot. I would have waited a bit longer if I had any sort of idea if I would even get food but I had nothing except the idea that you got more door dash orders that came in long after me and were unwilling to help.

We are at Jinme on Saturday afternoon and it was delightful. The sushi were well priced and good quality. The ramen was so flavorful and serving extremely generous. Two people can split the 15$ bowl. But what was out of the ordinary was the service we received. Our server Kazil and he was extremely accommodating for our two small children. Kind and thoughtful foreseeing our needs and going above and beyond. I will definitely be returning. We spent 99$ for a family of four but we each ordered two entree items. So happy to discover Jinme.

Rice was extremely dry and sauce on two of the three rolls tasted rancid. I was extremely disappointed ?

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease as well as a severe allergy to gluten, I have never gotten sick. There are multiple sushi options they can modify to be gf and they have gf soy sauce and multiple gf appetizers!

The sushi was not very fresh. It didn't taste spoiled, but it was just okay lasting. The service was good with plenty of staff.
