I understand I went through the drive thru about 25 minutes before they closed, but when ordering 2 4 piece with biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy, but one of the 4 piece had 4 pieces of chicken were smaller than the biscuits.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite - normally we don't dine it at fast food joints, but made an exception as we didn't want to get oil/grease on our hands in the car.
Anyways, we went in and ordered a $10 4 piece meal to split between the two of us. A few minutes later, a young lady (Annalisse) came to break the bad news - apparently the order we placed wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes, and original wouldn't be ready for another 11. She was very apologetic and empathetic, almost fearful of our response (and offered a refund which we happily declined), but her service and quickness to be up-front with us about the issue made it evident that they were doing all they could to get us our meal in a timely fashion. She and the rest of the crew stepped up and even offered to supplement with chicken strips in the meantime after we decided to buy some to sate our appetites until the order came out.
On the whole, the whole crew went above and beyond to rectify the issue and Annalisse really stepped up to ensure our stop in was both positive and delicious!
We'll definitely be back!

The sandwich was half off online and its the first time i had kfc in years, the one in vegas where i lived sucked but this one nailed my chicken sandwich and were super kind thank you will be back

Pretty good, the person that took our order was really nice, no wait time, except for our food, took 5-7 min which is overall fast. Also the price was $40 just for a few things. There weren't any people so it took 5-7 min. This place deserves a good review.

Mr. manager owner. If you want your restaurant to thrive, have your employees wear name tags. You have at least one employee there who also works at another restaurant in that plaza. She needs to be purged or you might end up like the Carl’s Jr. up on Lincoln out of business, employees wearing name tags will most likely be on good behavior and more respectable to customers because they can be identified by your patrons
