Porkie tacos (pork belly) AMAZING, shrimp taco super good and my partner had smoked tuna taco. They called it seafood bacon. He said they were AMAZING also. Drank horchata which was very yummy. Finished off dinner with a hot fresh chocolate churro and a raspberry churro. Great food we will be back.

We were on the way to Tahoe from San Francisco for my soon to be sister-in-law‘s bachelorette. We stopped here for a quick bite for lunch. Such a cute little place that was perfect for a stop. We all got our food super quickly, even though there was only two people working in the service was amazing. The staff were really friendly, even though they were serving a lot of people, I really commend their hard work and effort. The food was great and we will definitely be back when we go to Tahoe again.!

Food was off the charts! Definitely the best Mexican food in the area! Extremely friendly people working here and Maria herself is just so warm and welcoming. You can sit on their patio in the heat of summer and enjoy yourself due to their misters and shade structure. Surrounded by plants, feels like an tropical oasis! 10/10 highly recommend

My friend recommended we have lunch here since we both LOVE Mexican food — and we’re so glad we did! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Maria. She is such a beautiful person, inside and out — so helpful and caring toward her customers. Our meal was absolutely delicious and clearly made with LOVE. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion sizes were generous and satisfying. The staff was super friendly and courteous, and the overall vibe of the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio — plenty of shade and misters kept it cool and comfortable for dining. I highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t tried this spot yet. It’s conveniently located right off Highway 80 at the Forest Hill exit. Be sure to say hi to Maria when you visit! We’ll definitely be back — we had such a great experience!

This was an unexpected surprise. We ordered a take out a carnitas bowl and shrimp bowl to trying out. Both were delicious. Significant meat portions, perfect balance of rice, bean, sauce... This is our new go-to place!
