Good menu, lots of options. We both had patty melts, mine was cooked perfectly, my friends was way under cooked and had to be sent back. The coleslaw was very bland, no flavor at all. Had beer on tap b/c wine list leaves a lot to be desired. Wide variety of desserts, tiramassu was ok. Service was very good, friendly, too.
Always a great dining experience. The food was very hot and delicious. Service was excellent.
Great Greek salad! And French onion soup. Parking was crazy. No spaces near the restaurant!
Nice family style restaurant. Lots of menu choices from salads, soups and entrees including children. We chose the ribeye, chicken pot pie and granddaughter had a pasta dish. All dishes were generous portions and, yes we did take home the leftovers. I would eat here again! Also the servers were very helpful and checked on us often.
Celebrated our 40th with family. The food was excellent - good quality, good cuts of meat, veggies nicely al dente! Our server, Sherry L, was very attentive and accommodating. We sat in the dining room, which was not very noisy at all (this restaurant doesn't has those 15-20 foot ceilings to make your ears ring while you eat!) So a very enjoyable meal overall! Oh, and the desserts are scrumptious!
Their pot pie was meh. The service was great and the location is hidden in a hotel.

Foods on the blander side. Explains the older crowd. Service was good. Atmosphere was great. Don't see us coming back anytime soon.

Nicole was our waitress. She had a fun personality and her service was great. The street tacos were filling. Don't forget to stop and look at their desserts. Triple layer cakes!!!

I’m remembering the OLD times with Max’s Deli in Sacramento. Bigger, more sumptuous presentations. Much better pastrami.

We went for lunch. Service was excellent very accommodating. Sat us near window & away from other guests. Food was good , had sandwiches, Rueben's Patti- melts, & chicken melts. Not rushed! We enjoyed it.
This is our go-to place for a nice dinner if we don't have a reservation downtown. Fancy? No, but for Auburn, yes. Shorts and a t-shirt aren't quite appropriate here. The food is good, the servers professional, desserts incredible, prices reasonable (well, salmon is $32-35). They have lots of appetizers ($12-18) that will work as a lighter dinner, like the quesadilla or lettuce wraps. We're usually in and out in an hour. NOTE: Max's is attached to the Holiday Inn Express, uphill from In N Out.)

Family of four at lunch. Our waitress was very good and the food was good with the exception of the Chinese chicken salad which was nothing to shout about. It's a good place to stop when traveling in the Aiburn area to meet up with family.
