Manager at this store SUCK. On my way to Lake Tahoe today 12/26 around 2pm I stop by this store, after I picked up my order I asked for a cup of hot water using my own mug, couple of friendly staffs tried to help me, but the manager stop them by speaking Spanish to them...I was waiting there for about 5 minutes, a male staff finally helped me, then the manager not happy she kept on telling him don't do this and don't do that WTH wrong with her, she need to get training...

The worst service I ever received at ant McDonald's in my life. I was the only person in this restaurant. I can see my BigMac was made and just sitting there waiting for someone to put it in a bag and give it to me. I almost went and grabbed it myself. Employees too busy talking to each other to work. Im glad they raised the minimum wage to $20, so people can make more money for not doing they're job. Im never eating at another McDonald's again for the rest of my life, and if I do I hope I die from food poisoning.

I know I get that it’s a fast food place but cmon. Where’s the damn chicken!? I’m leaving a review because this isn’t the first time this has happened. We’ve been given smaller pieces before and they try to cover it up by adding a huge load of ranch or buffalo (depending on which wrap you get). I kid you not it’s like the size of two chicken nuggets.

Total incompetence. I ordered on the app and when I went in to put in my table number I find that has already been set to 44 somehow. So I go up to the counter in an attempt to straighten it out an the people working there are clueless. I finally get my order, packaged in a way I didn't ask for, and it's only barely edible. Avoid this McD’s at all costs.
