We did a mobile app order and was lucky enough to get Ethan our server. He is very customer service friendly & always makes my husband & I laugh when we go there. I recommend Ethan & this McDonald's in Auburn.

The rating of the service being a 1 star isn't about the employees, it is that the app wouldn't allow me to order anything. The lunch items were not available to choose, and the breakfast items wouldn't let me check out. So I couldn't get the special that I wanted, etc. The app really needs to be fixed.

Went twice in a week as they are really the only option from the shooting range if you don't bring your lunch. Missing items I was charged for both times. Yes I should have checked, my fault, but come on, really? Do better at the drive through!!
