Third time getting eggshell in my food.
I dread when I see that black haired gal at the window because I already know my order will have items missing.
At this point, she’s gotta be doing it intentionally and is probably picking out items from my order to eat.

First I wanna say I’m a very diverse individual but it gets a little frustrating when nobody speaks English so you can’t even ask what you need to ask . The food is starting to taste crappy. Workers aren’t to friendly

I got the steak egg and cheese bagel The bagel was hard as a rock. I had gotten some in the past and other states that were really hard. It is a very good sandwich if that bagel was soft. Perhaps if they only steamed the bagels right before the purchase was made it would solve this issue because I do love that particular sandwich. Although it is more than overpriced compared to places like Bubba’s bagels, which have quality food and a cheaper price there just wasn’t one near where I was at.

Trying to place order she kept showing the total screen so I couldn't see the menu then she yelled at me and said I can't hear you go to the first window so I did of course I couldn't see the menu so I had to guess at what I wanted to add to my order got to the window to pick things up and that person dumped the iced frappe on my hands so I had caramel all over my hands and she couldn't understand me to give me a wet napkin to wipe them off with. Rudest place I've ever gone to.
