Trying to place order she kept showing the total screen so I couldn't see the menu then she yelled at me and said I can't hear you go to the first window so I did of course I couldn't see the menu so I had to guess at what I wanted to add to my order got to the window to pick things up and that person dumped the iced frappe on my hands so I had caramel all over my hands and she couldn't understand me to give me a wet napkin to wipe them off with. Rudest place I've ever gone to.

There is 1 lady in particular that is very rude and has zero customer service. For dashers she has tried grabbing their phones to mark items as picked up when they don't even have the order yet.
Prevents them from taking a picture as doordash requires because she wants to see the address of the customer before she hands it over.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever entered throughout California.

I ordered an egg McMuffin meal with an orange juice today. The charge was $13.xxx. I can’t remember the chance amount. I ended up changing to just the egg McMuffin which the charged $6. This is insane. I will never come back.
20 mins to get my rewards points big mac was like 6k points for some lady in front of me to order like 4 whole combos in the drive thru they should have sent her to the front while they work on her order instead they made everyone behind her wait and i got a cold gross burger!
