Been frequenting Nectar for a decade and recommend it highly! The menu has something for everyone, even kiddos. The restaurant itself is cozy, with seating inside as well as outside, right in a great part of downtown Auburn.
We love the burgers, both the homemade patty and the Beyond version, their AMAZING wedge salad, the spicy buffalo cauliflower tacos, the tempeh Reuben, the sourdough BLT, their cookies. Plus, they have any extensive drink selection with everything from Olipop...
It's a warm and nice place. Lots of teens come in for a more organic and healthy food options during the school day.

The Nectar Cafe serves chef inspired salads, wraps, sandwiches, smoothies and veggie burgers. They make eating healthy in a fast casual atmosphere possible. The salads are generously proportioned and prepared to perfection. The taco salad ($15) is one of my favorites. It's a delicious mixture of greens, avocado, tomato, black beans, vegan chorizo, salsa, Jack/cheddar cheese mixture, tossed in a tangy cilantro lime vinaigrette, chipotle sauce drizzle and corn chips.
