The staff is always super friendly but we have been coming here for years and always had amazing food. I feel like the last couple of times our food has tasted off and is dry. It doesn’t taste like it usually does and the prices seem higher. Quality seems to be going down and prices up.

The service by the waitress was excellent. The manager ignored me when I came in and continued ringing up numerous things, not even a "Welcome" or "Hello" nor a "Thank you for coming" when I left, even though she stayed parked at the cash register by the door the whole time I was there. The salad I ordered was good, but the plate was too small for it and part of it ended up on the table because of the wrong sized plate. I ordered vegetable tempura, and having eaten at Japanese restaurants around the globe, I have to say this was absolutely, hands down the WORST tempura I have EVER had. It was greasy, overcooked, and it tasted like it was cooked in OLD oil. There was no Kuri Squash, which is the primary vegetable I order tempura for, the broccoli was slightly burned and the dipping sauce was salty and too rich to the point of almost being inedible. As far as ambiance, boxing was on the TV - not what I want to watch while I'm eating, there were drip marks from something on the wall next to where I sat and the front door was dirty. I'm giving two stars because, like I said, the waitress was excellent, and the salad, although small, was good.

We have always been a huge fan of Ninja Sushi until they recently changed owners. Sadly we won't be eating there anymore. Our last time eating there was terrible. The new staff wasn't trained and had no one there to help them. The floors were so dirty and sticky. Your shoes stuck as you walked. The staff didn't know the menu. The rolls tasted terrible, so much so that we didn't finish our dinner. Our roll was swimming in sauce and the crunch that comes on top tasted months old. Our entire order was either messed up or tasted bad. This is our 2nd bad experience since the new ownership and I would not recommend it nor will we be going back.

I have been coming to Ninja Sushi for 10+ years and brought many friends/family here over the years. This is my favorite sushi place, so much so that I travel from over an hour away and it never disappoints… until yesterday. Not sure if maybe it was a result of “the day after Mothers day”, but I was shocked by the quality.
The rice was so dry, sticky, and THICK it felt like I was chewing on rubber. Maybe it was made earlier in the day and left out, but being that rice is one of the main ingredients it was extremely off putting. The sauces tasted different, even the ponzu sauce that comes with the gyoza didn’t taste anything the same. The Spicy Big Mac has always been my favorite but it didn’t taste anything like it used to, I think the oil needed to be changed for deep frying. Definitely really sad, but we are going to try it one more time before we give up on driving an hour away for this restaurant.
If you order the chicken, make sure you say you want it cooked. I was served raw, pink chicken.

I don’t know how this place is even in business. Unprofessional staff. Wrong orders. Rolls are are not fresh, smothered in sauce to hide something, too big to even eat. I heard this place was good years ago. I will definitely not be going back.

The place is very nice and lots of tables and sitting at the bar. The waiter was nice and we got our drinks and sushi very fast. The food was in big portions. I had the dragon roll and it was delicious. We shared some BBQ albacore as an appetizer . It was perfect. We had so much food that we ended taking some home.I will definitely be coming back here.
Not the best sushi I've ever had at all. Took my son there for his 18th birthday, and left feeling uncomfortably full. I usually leave sushi feeling almost high...but not this time.Maybe it was a bad day to go...it was a Monday.
