I have been coming to Ninja Sushi for 10+ years and brought many friends/family here over the years. This is my favorite sushi place, so much so that I travel from over an hour away and it never disappoints… until yesterday. Not sure if maybe it was a result of “the day after Mothers day”, but I was shocked by the quality.
The rice was so dry, sticky, and THICK it felt like I was chewing on rubber. Maybe it was made earlier in the day and left out, but...
