Just got back from Tahoe on a Sunday evening... it is Monday morning now and all I can think about is the delicious Sandwich, with a side of the Chipotle Aioli and that Lemon Ginger juice (I also added beets to it 😋) I can easily be convinced to drive to Auburn for this place (I live in San Jose,Ca)
I had the grilled cheese and added the Santa Fe Chicken in it,... ait was so flavourful and delicious! They also gave me a free sample of the roasted beef (I think Tri-tip??)...

I assumed a couple running this place are the owners. Excellent vibe and customer service and even the food is fantastic. Simple sandwich shop but you can tell the ingredients are high-end and the people preparing the food care. My wife and I really enjoyed our Tri Tip Philly + turkey sandwich. We will be back soon.
