This is a gem of a deli sandwich shop! I work in the Old Town Auburn area and finally gave this place a try, a little mad I waited so long! I got the seasonal Tri-Tip Cheesesteak and MAN what a taste bud party - the garlic aioli married so beautifully with the toasty sweet roll and salty, charred meat. OMG. SO GOOD. I was originally going to eat only half of a full sandwich but I before I knew it it was all gone. 11/10 would recommend to a friend!
We stopped in on our way to Reno. The service was impeccable. We ordered a couple of cold deli sandwiches. They were both good and I appreciated that I was able to order a half sandwich. There was an olive oil put in them that we weren’t aware of when we ordered. Sandwiches were still good but we both would have asked them to hold on it if we would have known. Nice little family owned deli in the heart of the old town Auburn area. Everyone was super friendly when we walked in. Order at the counter, and then grab one of the small tables (think there were 3 inside and 1 outside) or sit at the window counter to watch the goings on outside.
