We ordered delivery take out for elderly lady we take care of. She wanted fish and chips and also a bowl of clam chowder. She got fish. No chips, no tartar sauce and 2 clam chowder. One bowl of clam chowder was good, the sevond had nothing in it, was just the remainders on the bottom with nothing in it.The next week we went in to order take out, she got fish, with a tiny amount of fries, which were uneditable and clam chowder. The lady at the counter Could not tell us what side dishes came with anything. We were extremely disappointed. I gave two stars because the clam chowder was good, and the fish was good.

I ordered unlimited shrimp they were greasy and old the rest of my order was ok and I mean just ok especially for the price. We had to get up multiple times to get our own beverages I'm sure it's not like this all the time but..The waiter only came by one time and when she did she was beyond rude. The soup & salad bar was great I think next time we will just get soup and salad bar.

Had a great meal here. Lots of great choices on the salad bar but they are a little slow at keeping it stocked up. Steaks with all the fixings were done very nicely and the wait staff was on top of keeping the drinks full.

Took my granddaughter there last night and we will not go back. The green salad was great, but everything else wasn't appetizing they looked like they have been sitting there awhile. Was hoping for the corn fritters but only had wings (which was glad they had them) the nuggets tasted like McDonald's which is gross in my Opinion. The servers was horrible the server spent her time with her son which was running all over the restaurant and running into customers. Was almost done with our dinner before we got the burnt toast. It seems like not much of the food is made there anymore. The only person the was curious and smiling was the gentleman clearing the tables.

Dinner on 9/5/22. Terrible dining experience! First of all, the A/C wasn't working and the food was awful! Our waitress was non existent and the vegetable soup pot was down to the scraps. Ranch salad dressing container was empty and the chocolate ice cream was pure liquid! This used to be a good place, but not anymore. We won't be coming back!

We stopped at restaurant at 8:15 pm on Saturday, August 27, 2022. Website said open till 9:30. Hours at the location said open till 10:00. Doors were locked. Peeked our head in the exit door and a women yelled: closed! No explanation or apology. Won’t be going back!

We were seated really quick, the place was clean but... The food was not great at all! The potatoes were super salty, the salad bar was lame, and the trip tip steak was not only cut wrong it was cooked horribly as well. Would I go back? Yes, id just try something else.

Not sure but I think the waitress was ignoring us. I asked for more cocktail sauce for my shrimp, 22 minutes later I asked again. Not sure we will return.

I ordered a New York steak but they were out of it as well as the soft serve machine was down. I ended up getting a top sirloin that was 99% grizzle and fat. My loaded bake potato was old and gummy. I asked to see the manager and she looked at my top sirloin and said it looks bad as well as the server said the same thing. The manager aPologized and that was it! I left the entire piece of meat because I wouldn’t feed that to my dog.

The price for the salad bar had gone up since my last visit, but everything was delicious! The restaurant was clean, servers courteous and prompt.
I ordered the soup bar. They have clam chowder, chicken noodles, and tomato bisque. There are garlic bread slices delivered the the table. It was a good meal.
Vegetarian options: Salad bar and tomato bisque. Ice cream. I did not check what else they served for vegetarian.

I have only gone here once, so take my review as it is. When walking in, I was not greeted by the person behind the counter. I had no idea how the restaurant works, nor did I get any help with the menu. I felt rushed ordering and unwelcome. We sat down and waited for 20 min to get my order and I was very disappointed in the size of the steak and the quality of the meal overall. The waitress was nice and helpful. I will definitely bot be going back again.

Absolutely disgusting. Food quality is a step above out of the garbage. That may sound like an exaggeration but most places would throw the food away when it got to that point. I will say the actual SALAD part of the all you can eat section wasnt that bad. Most the rest I considered not edible.

It was ok. The tomato basil soup was wonderful. My feel kept sticking to the floor however. They misheard my order and thus brought the wrong thing, but they were happy to make the change.

Ok, this visit is the first time this has happened. My wife and I both ordered steak and lobster. Both medium rare, unfortunately our cuts of meat were two different thicknesses. So my wife's steak was more medium to medium well and mine was rare close to raw. Otherwise the lobster was perfect!
