Best BBQ we have ever had! We travel from Citrus Heights to Auburn just for the food and the friendship! Keep up the good work! Singh smokes his own meat and has his own homemade BBQ sauce. We have tried his chicken and his ribs and they are always A+++ in our books. We always have his macaroni salad as well. You won’t go wrong with anything on his menu. WE would give it more than 5 stars if we could.
He is a one man operation. He smokes his own meat and has fall off the bone ribs with his homemade BBQ sauce. The chicken and ribs are smothered in his sauce. His sides are potato salad, macaroni salad, and baked beans. I personally like his macaroni salad (he has a secret ingredient he won't tell anyone). It's delicious. It's a small diner but the food is awesome.
Singh is the best! We live in Lincoln and come a lot! We love his food. Great bbq
