Gave clear instructions to Fatima. She put the wrong drink to be made. When I attempted to politely correct her. She assured me I wasn’t saying it right. Turns out she was wrong. Over charged for my normal Drink then the one making the drink had to be told corrections & it wasn’t even her fault she can only make what’s on the order.

As a district or store manager you have to see how badly this store performs. Regularly takes 15-20 minutes to get a drink out when there’s no one in line because they don’t know how to balance online orders and in person. The employees are polite but slow enough to make you think they work for the state. However far the drive is to the next Starbucks you’ll save time going there and back rather than ordering here. With such a great location a well run store could really do wonders instead they’re too busy writing on every cup pretending to be personable. This store needs new management it’s pathetic.
M shocked this place had such good reviews. As you can see from the photo, they got my sandwich order completely wrong. The drinks we ordered were pretty mediocre. The bathroom was oddly huge and disgusting, the the toilet didn’t flush right and many people had used it by 8:20am on a Thursday.

They are one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to waited there for 5 minutes to order because of lazy employees. Rude customer service they were mean and made me pay for ice in my drink.

1. POOR SERVICE & ATTITUDE. Not exactly rude, but definitely not nice at the register. Very curt, not even a hint of a smile. 2. ORDER WRONG. The person at the register repeated my order correctly and the sticker was correct, but then the very same person made the order incorrectly. :( 3. COFFEE STALE & WRONG. Barista started to make my drink hot instead of cold. We saw her do it, and pointed it out. She checked the label and said, oh yeah, then dumped the hot drink into a cold cup and added ice. It tasted awful. Unfortunately, I was already gone. The only good thing is that the barista had a great s.ile and was very nice.

Please do thank your many employees, please do thank your many volunteers! They are always so helpful! Good place or good location to have refresher drinks after a hike, yummy and ah so refreshing! One person ordered Tall, it is equivalent of Child Menu size, of PineApple refresher! One ordered a something call Latte! Third order Medium size of Mango refresher! The employees and the employees recognize the Young Person by face if not by name! They seem to remember the many Letters Of Compliment she writes or wrote during her previous visits! Best of luck to this Starbucks Coffee location!
