For a hot chai latte it took over 10 minutes then when I said something to the guy and asked him why it was taking so long he got a real pissy and flip with me. He then told me if he wasn't quick enough there was another coffee place down the street.

Worst customers service ever, I made online order as usual for my refresher drink with no ice and I paid extra for that but when I went to pick it up , I found out its almost half empty and when I asked the lady behind the counter she said it’s a new Starbucks policy cup won’t be full if the order was with no ice?????!!!!! What a joke and shame to make such stupid thing you charging people extra for no ice order and now and in despite of that you giving them half empty cups??!! It’s time to boycott Starbucks and switch into different brands very disappointed ☹️
