The Starbucks by Save Mart has outstanding customer service & the sausage, egg wrap, & the double smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich, and the delicious drinks were great.
Nice place, nic people, but got my order wrong. Ordered cream cheese with the bagel. They forgot. I pointed out that customer service goes a long way, they could have comped the $1 for the omission. But they choose to charge me. Really isn't customer satisfaction worth a dollar?
Perfect place to study or “work from home”. The drinks and food was good. A lot of seating and outlets to recharge. The staff members were sweet and kind and spelled the name correctly! 5 stars for great customer service.
