To the Barista that just took my order. It wasn't busy, two people walked in after I did but other than that the store was empty. I'm not sure why you sighed at me when I took an extra 30 seconds, if that, to reload my card on my phone. Not that it should matter, but already at 6:45 a.m. this has been a horrible morning for me and I do not see my day getting better. So thank you for making it that much worse for 30 seconds. We have several Starbucks in Auburn now, and this is the worst. The surliest employees I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. I even have a note on my phone with one of the employee's names -- that I made in 2013! I've given several tries since, but I'm done. I'll be going to the Starbucks on the other side of the freeway from now on.
