Extremely Poor Customer Service
I recently visited this Starbucks location and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered in over 50 years. The barista on duty was exceedingly rude, displaying an unprofessional and entitled attitude that is simply unacceptable in any customer-facing role.
Rather than courteously managing the space, the barista demanded that customers go sit down or stand elsewhere while waiting for their orders—doing so with a clear attitude and no regard for basic respect or hospitality. This level of arrogance is deeply concerning and completely out of line with the standards expected from a brand like Starbucks.
If this kind of behavior is considered acceptable by management, then perhaps they should reconsider whether they are suited for roles in service and hospitality. The customer experience at this location is not only disappointing—it’s outright hostile.
Until significant changes are made in staff behavior and training, I will not be returning, and I would advise others to do the same.

My best mocha ever! The girl in the drive-through window was very kind and friendly. A cute sticker with a bee cheered me up. Very pleasant experience, fast and tasty. 🫶🏻
