Ordered a Grande hot chocolate, extra hot. Easy order, nothing fancy. When I took the lid off to stir it, there was almost 3" of drink missing! Not only that, but it was super bland, and barely warm. Pretty sure they made a tall, and just poured it into a Grande cup. Definitely wasn't extra hot, wouldn't even call it hot, it was warm at best. So basically, I paid almost $5 for warm-ish, sort of chocolate flavored milk, it was gross. Too warm to be chocolate milk, definitely not hot enough to be HOT chocolate, and very little flavor, couldn't even drink it. I normally wouldn't complain about a hot chocolate, but this is the 3rd drink in a row I've gotten from here that was not even close to how it should taste and/or was short on quantity. You're Starbucks, for a $5 cup of cocoa, you can afford to fill the cup up and make a full sized drink. Officially learned my lesson, sticking with Dutch or Peete's from now on, I'm not paying $5 for warm-ish milk anymore.

I stopped in and not only was the establishment very clean but the woman working customer service was fantastic. I'll certainly be stopping back in when I'm in the area.

First time at this location and new to town. Girl with multi colored hair seemed stressed and not in a good mood. She was quick to tell us and others that there were other drinks in front of ours to make which must have been all drive thru as we and another couple were the only ones at the counter. Overall she was not rude but abrupt and definitely did not seem happy to be working. This is a strange location too, no close by parking and stairs up or down to the front door. There are three starbucks locations within the same area, will probably try the other two the next trip.

I wish that they hadn't gotten rid of almost all gluten-free foods. That being said, my drink was good as were the bacon gruyere egg bites. I have never made sick due to gluten contamination (Celiac). This is a safe bet while traveling, and staff is always happy to check the ingredients for me.
Dietary restrictions: Limited selection for those with dietary restrictions. I have never had cross-contamination issues, and they will call out an allergy/dietary issue to let other staffers know. Consistently safe while traveling, and no need to explain Celiac to them.
Parking: Plenty of spots in a large retail center.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids, including drinks at a reduced price.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of accessible spots, seating in store, as well as staff happy to help if needed.
