Customer service was rude 3/30 morning shift, must have been in a terrible mood because I've never been treated so rudely by someone working in the public.

Coming back from Tahoe, I got off the highway and explored a little to find a place to get coffee and a little something to eat. This coffee store was convenient and I left satisfied.

We stopped in Target to pick up a couple of items and decided a hot mocha sounded good on our way home. After checking out today, Saturday, January 13th, at 6:40, we walked over to the in store Starbucks and saw a sign that they were on their break for 15 minutes. No big deal, we waited. At 7 p.m., she finally strolled in. We asked how she was doing. With a very unfriendly, uninviting tone, she just said okay. We ordered our drinks, and she barely even announced loud enough that my drink was ready. She didn't even say anything to my partner about his drink being ready and then just went about doing whatever she was doing. This store definitely needs a more welcoming personality as we won't be returning as we felt it to be an extremely rude manner of treating your customers.

Starbucks drinks and food items are always consistent in flavor. For the first time I tried a cheese danish and I wasn't impressed. It was bland tasting. The white chocolate mocha was delicious and hit the spot. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience with this Starbucks. While short staffed Hannah was friendly and happy while helping each with speed and accuracy. Wish i could give Hannah more stars!

With the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping, it is very nice to drive through and get your favorite tea or lattes. The service in the drive up window is always very efficienty and friendly.
