It is unacceptable to have people wait in the driver thru line for 50 minutes. I understand if you are short staffed but be more organized. If you are going to have people wait that long then have them move around to the front like other fast food restaurants do. But keeping people trapped in the drive thur for that long is just unacceptable.

As I am a former barista that worked at Starbucks 25 years ago and used physical espresso bars, I have been waiting 25 minutes for my espresso drinks. This is a joke. I know they shut down another Starbucks on the other side of Highway 49. I’m about to ask for my food for my drinks for free because you have eight people working behind the bar and three of them are just standing around. I understand that your bar is down, but maybe you should actually put a sign on the door that says that.

This place is a mess. Staff is working very hard and they're friendly but seems to be mismanaged. 25 minute wait is a bit much for simple orders. Frustrating and a waste of time for mediocre but expensive coffee and pastries.
We walked in and ordered. We then sat for a while before inquiring about our order. The barista said it would be done shortly. Then we sat and finally we watched the barista pull our items from the mobile section that only they can access and call our names. Not only did our order sit there for several minutes, but when we inquired they didn’t even look for it.
